Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a small-size longitudinal glass member to be used as a homogenizer of light condensing solar energy generation system with a shorter time and at a lower cost. SOLUTION: A forming die comprises a drum plate 11 equipped with a plurality of longitudinal via holes 10 and a bottom plate 12 closely attached to its bottom. Melt glass 16 is supplied and pressed onto the top. The glass moldingf 20 where an interconnection part 18 on a top surface and a projection part 19 corresponding to the via hole 10 are combined is thus formed. After cooling, the glass molding 20 is removed by pushing up the interconnection part 18 with a push-up pin 15, the external surface of the projection part 19 is polished, followed by the separation of the interconnection part 18 to obtain a plurality of longitudinal glass members. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform heating method which can enough heat a preform to its inner layer part and prevent the occurrence of defects including a sink during blow molding and a preform heating device. SOLUTION: A rod 3 with its surface coated with a component containing titanium is heated, for example, by a radio frequency heating device 8 and inserted into the preform 1, and the inner surface of the preform is irradiated with infrared rays. The preform 1 is also irradiated externally with near infrared rays by using a heater lamp. The infrared rays which penetrated through the preform 1 are reflected on the surface of the rod 3. The component containing titanium (Ti) is preferably titanium nitride (TiN), titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN), or titanium carbon nitride (TiCN). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-preventing material used for the purpose of preventing the adhesion of films with each other or film with a forming roll, etc., in forming of a resin film or sheet or on processing them, and aiming at the prevention of the reduction of transparency by the combination of the resin and stick-preventing material. SOLUTION: This stick-preventing material loaded on the surface of the resin film or sheet is provided by consisting of glass powder having 0.5 μm to 2 mm particle diameter and making the refractive index of the glass powder as the same or close to that of the resin. Here "close to the refractive index of the resin" means that the value of refractive index of the glass powder is made so as to have the same value to at least the two decimal places. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus capable of effectively cleaning the surface of a work. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cleaning apparatus is provided with: a holding means for holding the work 100; and an ultrasonic cleaning tank 20 into which a cleaning liquid is supplied and in which ultrasonic waves can be transmitted to the supplied cleaning liquid. The work 100 is moved so as to increase/decrease the part 104 to be immersed in the cleaning liquid W, which is a part of the part 102 to be cleaned of the held work 100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glass for a cover sheet to protect the display part of a cellular phone, the digital display part of various equipment and the like where contacting to a lower liquid crystal screen can be certainly prevented because the deflection of a material is little even if it is a thin film. SOLUTION: Glass where main components are by weight 60-75% SiO 2 , 2-8% Al 2 O 3 , 10-18% Na 2 O, 1-5% K 2 O, 4-10% CaO, 1-5% B 2 O 3 and 1-5% MgO is chemically strengthened for glass for the cover sheet. One or more kinds among fluorine, arsenic and antimony can be added in glass as a formability enhancing component. Obtained glass where a chemically strengthened layer having a thickness of 10 μm or more is formed on its surface and which has a surface compressive stress value of 10 kg/mm 2 or more is difficult to be deflected and scratched. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and an inspection apparatus of a resin-coated glass bottle capable of reliably inspecting whether a resin-coated film is formed on the surface of the bottle to the bottle in which a transparent glass bottle is coated with a transparent and colorless resin. SOLUTION: In the inspection method of the resin-coated glass bottle, steam is sprayed to the surface of the glass bottle that has completed a resin-coating treatment process for generating a blur on the surface, and the degree of blur is detected optically, thus discriminating the presence or absence of the resin-coated film on the surface of the glass bottle. The inspection apparatus of the resin-coated glass bottle comprises an ejector 1 for spraying steam toward the surface of the glass bottle 10 that has completed resin-coating treatment; and a detector that is positioned directly after the ejector 1 and optically detects the degree of blur in the glass bottle 10.
