PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modularized keyboard which prevents water from entering a keyboard, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a modularized keyboard includes step 100 in which an upper lid containing a first side part and a second side part which are in a relation of front and rear mutually and have a plurality of keys is prepared, step 200 in which a lower lid which seals the second side part and forms a cover space between the upper lid is prepared, step 300 in which a conductive member which is provided in the second side part and installed in the cover space is prepared, step 400 in which a circuit board which is installed in the cover space between the conductive member and the lower lid is prepared, and step 500 in which the upper lid and the lower lid are combined by an ultrasonic melting method and the cover space is sealed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overvoltage protection circuit and a portable electronic device including the same.SOLUTION: In the overvoltage protection circuit and the portable electronic device including the same, overvoltage protection works when the input voltage exceeds the rated withstand voltage of an internal circuit unit of the portable electronic device. The input voltage generates a reference voltage and a divided voltage through a voltage limit unit and a voltage division module, respectively. The reference voltage and divided voltage are transmitted to a comparison module and compared. After comparison of the reference voltage and divided voltage, a switching signal is generated and a switching unit is controlled to determine whether or not the input voltage is supplied to the internal circuit unit. The voltage division module is used for setting the maximum rated withstand voltage of the internal circuit unit, and can materialize overvoltage protection of the portable electronic device in a state where the overvoltage protection circuit is not affected by the temperature.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit for a backup battery.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a charging circuit for a backup battery for used in charging the backup battery of a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device has a power supply unit and an electronic element. The power supply unit supplies power to the electronic element. The charging circuit for the backup battery is connected with the electronic element to share the power source with the electronic element, and uses the power source as a charging power source. Accordingly, power feeding by the charging power source to the backup battery is controlled via a control module.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection system for backup battery.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses the protection system for backup battery to protect a backup battery that supplies electric power to a load. The protection system for backup battery includes a switching unit and an overdischarge protection module. The switching unit is used to switch power feeding from the backup battery to the load. The overdischarge protection module, when the voltage of the backup battery is less than a first preset voltage, turns off the switching unit to stop discharge of the backup battery and, when the voltage of the backup battery returns to a second preset voltage after the discharge stop, turns on the switching unit again.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup power supply system for a portable electronic device and s supply method for backup power.SOLUTION: The backup power supply system for a portable electronic device and a supply method for backup power enables a user to operate a preset portable electronic device in a predetermined power consumption state under a power feeding state of a backup battery and to directly replace a main battery in the portable electronic device without shutting down the portable electronic device by detecting the presence of sampling of the main battery, thus achieving time saving.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for enabling a user to perform battery replacement work without having to first perform shutdown.SOLUTION: In an information processor in which a battery can be replaced even in a non-shutdown state and the method for replacing the battery during a non-shutdown state, the information processor includes a power supply part, a main battery installed in the power supply part, a backup battery for feeding power when the main battery does not feed power, a reception module for receiving a standby command or a return command, a standby module for enabling the user replay the main battery by setting the information processor in a standby mode on the basis of the standby command, and a return module for returning the information processor to a use mode when determining that the power of the main battery is sufficient. Thus, the user can save the process and time of shutdown and starting by replacing the main battery whose power is exhausted in a non-shutdown state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of providing communication services to traffic means and a micro base station applicable to the traffic means, thereby providing communication services between a mobile communication device and a core network.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method of providing communication services to traffic means, which is applicable to establish a communication channel between a mobile communication device installed on the traffic means and a core network outside the traffic means, the method comprising: a step (S202) of disposing on the traffic means a micro base station that supports a first wireless communication technique and a second wireless communication technique; a step (S204) of connecting the core network to the micro base station with the first wireless communication technique, and connecting the mobile communication device to the micro base station with the second wireless communication technique; and a step (S206) of enabling the mobile communication device to communicate with the core network according to a connection relation between the micro base station and the core network established by the first wireless communication technique.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method of a small-sized base station applying a SUPL platform and a system therefor for solving the problems that an initial position calculation time of a conventional femtocell base station becomes too long and positioning is disabled by a defect of a reception signal.SOLUTION: A positioning system 1 of a small-sized base station applying a SUPL platform includes a plurality of mobile communication network base stations 13, a SUPL platform 12, a positioning user plane 14 and a small-sized base station 11. In the SUPL platform 12, there are disposed a SUPL position center 122 used for acquiring positional information of the plurality of mobile communication network base stations 13 and a SUPL positioning center 121 used for constructing communications. The positioning user plane 14 is connected to the SUPL platform 12. In the small-sized base station 11, a SUPL program used for constructing a communication with the SUPL platform 12 is provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation frequency calibration method used to accurately calibrate the oscillation frequency of an electronic product.SOLUTION: The oscillation frequency calibration method is used to calibrate the oscillation frequency of an electronic product provided with an adjustable frequency generating unit for generating clock signals corresponding to the oscillation frequency. The oscillation frequency calibration method includes: a step S1 of receiving time radio signals transmitted from a standard frequency time service station and converting the time radio signals to a plurality of corresponding pulse signals; a step S2 of calculating the plurality of pulse signals and the clock signals and generating corresponding control signals; and a step S3 of adjusting the clock signals generated by the adjustable frequency generating unit by utilizing the control signals and calibrating the corresponding oscillation frequency.
