Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating module which can simplify a structure of a currently used heat dissipating module, combines advantages of air cooling and liquid cooling in a limited space to improve the overall heat dissipating efficiency, and can effectively maintain the working capability when applied to an electronic device.SOLUTION: A heat dissipating module includes a base, at least one thermal conductive element, at least one liquid pipe and a heat dissipating fin set. The thermal conductive element is disposed at the base. The liquid pipe is disposed at the base adjacently to the thermal conductive element. The heat dissipating fin set covers the thermal conductive element and the liquid pipe. At least a part of the heat dissipating fin set is connected to the base. The heat dissipating fin set includes a plurality of heat dissipating fins.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential antenna of a digital TV and a circuit control system capable of, for example, reducing the size of the antenna as much as possible. SOLUTION: The differential antenna 210 receives broadcasted signals and generates differential radio frequency signals including a first (positive) signal and a second (negative) signal. A control unit 250 generates a select signal based on a viewing channel. A switching circuit 220 is provided with a plurality of matching circuits and a switch control circuit. Each of matching circuits optimize part of digital TV bands. The switch control circuit causes the positive and negative signals to pass through the first and second matching circuits, respectively, based on the select signal, thereby generating optimized positive and negative signals. Based on that, the control unit 250 generates viewing band signals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing power headroom report (PHR) in a user equipment (UE) of a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: The method includes the stages of disposing a plurality of uplink carriers and generating at least one PHR values. Each PHR value is reported by a PHR control element corresponding to each of the plurality of uplink carriers. The PHR control element includes an identification field for identifying the uplink carrier corresponding to each PHR value. Report is performed periodically with a change in propagation loss as a trigger or performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and communication apparatus enhancing TTI (Transmission Time Interval) bundling transmission in a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of activating transmission of a first bundle at a first time point and activating transmission of a second bundle at a second time point subsequent to the first time point. The second time point is within a bundle round trip time (RTT) of the first bundle and the bundle RTT is HARQ RTT (Hybrid Automatic Retransmission Request Round Trip Time) of a specific multiple. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a communication device for processing an uplink grant of PDCCH (physical downlink control channel) to prevent a transmission by wrong use of the uplink grant. SOLUTION: The method includes: a step (S502) that sets a temporary C-RNTI (cell radio network temporary identifier) of UE, based on a random access response message; a step (S506) that monitors a contention resolution message, a step that receives the uplink grant corresponding to the temporarily C-RNTI in PDCCH; a first HARQ (hybrid automatic repeat request) process that corresponds to the uplink grant; and a step (S510) that does not transmit data by the uplink grant when a second HARQ process differs so that the MAC PDU (medium access control protocol data unit) stored in a message 3 buffer is transmitted. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connection process from being started in a plurality of times and to reestablish a connection, in a communication device of a radio communication system. SOLUTION: In a UE (a user end) of a radio communication system, a connection reestablishing method includes steps of: starting a radio link monitoring timer or counter; and stopping the radio link monitoring timer or counter when a RRC connection (radio resource control connection) reestablishing process is triggered and the radio link monitoring timer or counter does not end and remains in its operation. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio resource allocation method in a wireless communication system and a related communication apparatus for preventing the waste of a radio resource. SOLUTION: The radio resource allocation method in the wireless communication system includes a step for allocating radio resources to a plurality of logical channels on the basis of a grant and a step for permitting the plurality of logical channels to use the remaining grant if the grant remains and all the plurality of logical channels having data available for transmission cannot perform resource allocation anymore. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for handling random access procedure failure for a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, in order to avoid a system error. SOLUTION: The disclosed method includes the steps of: initiating a random access procedure corresponding to uplink data transmission; and then, when the random access procedure fails, determining that a radio link failure is detected and performing a radio link recovery procedure. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for triggering polling in a radio communication system, and an apparatus. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of triggering a polling function at a transmission end and polling a data transmission state at a receiving end. The RLC (radio link control) entity at the transmission end supports a trigger mechanism of the last PDU (protocol data unit) and a polling timer, and does not support the trigger mechanism of a timer base.
