Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent the network of a minute crack from being caused on the surface and furthermore on the mold face by constituting binding material of a single layer consisting of metallic particles and partially embedding metallic particles into the layer of thermosetting plastic and also chemically bonding them. CONSTITUTION: A contour model 2 is placed on a horizontal base 1 and a metallic layer is applied to the contour model 2. The side of the metallic layer facing the contour model 2 is smooth. On one side, an epoxy resin layer 4 is applied to the metallic layer by good combination on the coarse side of the opposite side. Metallic particles 5 are sprinkled on the epoxy resin layer 4 being a still soft state and partially thrust into the epoxy resin layer. The metallic particles 5 are formed into an irregular shape and promote anchoring effect in the layer. After epoxy resin is cured, cement paste is sprayed on the coarse surface formed of metallic particles 5 projected from the epoxy resin layer 4. Then, metallic particles 8 are sprinkled on cement paste and a filler of adjacent metallic particles is formed of the metallic particles 8 settled into cement paste. The contour medel 2 is removed after cement is cured.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To produce a bulletproof woven fabric capable of preventing the impact of a bullet from making wefts moved by weaving the fabric using filaments made of an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polymer and having high strength and high modulus as wefts and the other kind of yarns as warps. CONSTITUTION: This bulletproof woven fabric is produced by weaving the fabric using filaments (or yarns) made of a ultrahigh-molecular-weight (preferably >=600,000 g/mol weight average molecular weight) polymer (preferably polyethylene) and having high strengths and high moduli as wefts and filaments (or yarns) of the other kind (preferably made of a polyamide, especially preferably made of an aramid) as warps. The weft yarns preferably consist of highly oriented filaments having a very small fineness, (i.e.,
