Abstract: A method for designing a straight bevel gear of a localized bearing contact type is provided to generate a shape of a gear and a pinion simply/quickly by calculating a surface function of a bevel gear tooth with design factors and using a coordinate data of points, which are calculated from the surface function, on the gear tooth surface. Sizes of a gear and a pinion are determined, and designing factors are generated according to the size(S10). A surface function for defining the surfaces of the pinion and the gear are defined, and 3D(Dimensional) coordinate data of a few points respectively included in the gear and the pinion are calculated by using the surface function and the calculated design factors(S20). 3D shapes of the pinion and the gear are generated by using a CAD(Computer-Aided Design) system from the calculated coordinate data(S30).

A reinforced fiber panel prestressing wrapping apparatus using a reinforced fiber panel comprises a caterpillar rail(100) installed along the circumference of a pier in a horizontal direction and formed in a circular or elliptical shape as a whole, a driving unit(200) placed over the caterpillar rail to revolve round the circumference of a pier along the caterpillar rail, a vertical pipe-shaped vertical post(300) coupled to the lower part of the driving unit integrally and hollowed inward, an elevator(400) installed to the inside of the vertical post and moving upward and downward, and a reinforced fiber loading box(500) installed to the outside of the vertical post, coupled with the elevator integrally and discharging the loaded reinforced fiber plate.

Abstract: A sealing device is prepared to seal the chearance between a pump housing (1) and a shaft (2). An annular ring (3) is integrally formed on the outside of the pump housing in the coaxial direction to the through-hole (4) for the shaft. An end covering (7) is detachably assembled at the brim of the annular ring so as to form a room for the sealing device. A ring-shaped magnet (5) is centrally disposed on the shaft in the room to divide into two zones (6',6"). Magnetizable powder with silicon solution is filled in these zones so as to function as a seal.
