Abstract: A system and a method for providing location based services in a mobile communication system are provided to offer an LBS(Location Based Service) in a mobile communication system using WiMAX Forum Network Working Group. Abstract: An air conditioner is provided to mount a bypass pipe to a fuel pipe for bypassing fuel to carry out heat exchange between the fuel and refrigerant, thereby stably keeping an overheating degree of the entire system and promoting complete combustion of such preheated fuel for high heat efficiency of an engine.
