Abstract: PURPOSE: A bread baking machine is provided to prevent a profile from being separated toward a bread baking materials bag and to effectively prevent the bread baking materials bag from being torn. CONSTITUTION: The bread baking machine comprises a body forming an oven chamber in which a bread baking materials bag is received; a pair of kneading projection members being positioned to be parallel to each other in the oven chamber and having a mount portion in a length direction; a projection portion(32) being connected to the mount portion(40) of the kneading projection members and being checked from separating toward the bread baking materials bag; and a profile member(30) being integrally formed with the projection portion(32) and having a profile portion(34) connecting to the bread baking materials bag.
