Abstract: The present invention relates to an installation structure of a ceiling panel, and more specifically, to an installation structure of a ceiling panel, which eases installation of a ceiling panel, and which reduces construction costs and prevents the appearance of a ceiling from being downgraded due to deterioration of a caulking area by eliminating a caulking work. The installation structure comprises a hanger bolt, which is embedded in and fixed to the slab of the ceiling; a fixing bar, which is combined to the lower end of the hanger bolt and has a T-bar coupling hole being open downward in the lower part; a T-bar, which has a coupling unit longitudinally inserted into and combined to the T-bar coupling hole, an extension unit extended downward from the coupling unit, and a wing unit formed toward both sides from the lower end of the extension unit; a ceiling panel, which is used as a finishing material; and a combining frame, which is installed in the end of the ceiling panel and has a settlement groove in order to be settled in the wing unit of the T-bar. The lower ends of neighboring combining frames, which are installed in both sides of the T-bar, are sealed so that the ends cannot be separated from each other.
