    Abstract: 본 발명은 원심 박막 증발장치 및 이에 따른 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외주면에 가열 수단이 구비되어 내부가 가열되는 진공상태의 하우징 내부를 수직으로 관통 형성되어 모터에 의하여 회전하는 축에 길이 방향으로 다수 개의 원판이 설치되고, 상기 원판의 하단면에 다수개의 블레이드가 설치되며, 상기 하우징의 상부를 통해 유입된 유체가 다수개의 원판에 구비되면서 원심력에 의해 원판의 외주면으로 이송됨과 동시에 원판의 상면에 박막이 형성되어, 박막의 형성과 증발 전열 면적 증가의 동시 효과로 내부온도와 진공에 의하여 1차 증발이 급격하게 일어나고, 상기 원판에서 증발되지 않은 나머지 유체는 상기 원판의 상면으로부터 상기 하우징 내면 사이로 이송되어 상기 하우징 내주면을 흐를 때 상기 원판하부에 부착된 상기 블레이드와 상기 하우징 내주면 사이에 또한 강제 박막이 형성되어 내부온도와 하우징 내주면의 온도에 의하여 유체의 2차증발이 일어나며, 그로 인해 증발장치의 효율은 급격하게 증가하고, 상기 모터의 회전에 의해 회전하는 축의 하부에 설치되어 축의 회전에 의하여 구동되는 펌프가 상기 하우징 내부의 하부에 구비되어, 상기 하우징 하부에 저장된 증발되지 않은 유체를 상기 하우징 상부의 유체 유입구로 펌핑하여 유체가 하우징의 상부와 하부를 순환하면서 연속적인 증발이 일어나고, 또한 유체의 순환을 위한 순환 펌프가 상기 하우징 내부에 설치되어, 증발장치를 구동하기 위한 설치공간이 크게 축소되어 장치의 콤펙트화 달성은 물론이고 설치 위치에 제약을 받지 않는 특징이 있다.
