PURPOSE: A payment gateway device for settling a telephone charge for an electronic commerce service and a payment method for settling the telephone charge using the same are provided to offer a post-payment settlement method for performing payment to the purchase of a shopping mall to a using telephone number. CONSTITUTION: A telephone charge settlement payment gateway daemon process(211) generates a telephone charge settlement payment gateway child process(212) and receives user information and purchasing goods information from a web/merchant/telephone charge settlement payment server child process(205). The telephone charge settlement payment gateway child process(212) receives a user authentication result from an interlocking system(220), transmits bad user information and a transaction generated in a telephone charge settlement payment gateway device(210) to a blacklist database(216) and a transaction database(217), and provides process result information to the web/merchant/telephone charge settlement payment server child process(205). A statistics block(213) generates day statistics and error statistics information and transmits generated day statistics and error statistics information to a day statistics database(218) and an error statistics database(219). A billing block(214) generates billing information on the basis of transaction information stored in the transaction database(217) and transmits generates billing information to a charge management system of the interlocking system(220). A maintenance block(215) receives transaction information stored in the transaction database(217), manages the state of the telephone charge settlement payment gateway device(210), a state with the interlocking system(220), and inquires information.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling data flow in an AICPS.LiTE system is provided to increase the data throughput for each channel by using the LWM(Low Water Mark)/HWM(High Water Mark) threshold of a TNAB(Telephony Network Access Board) and the flow control message method of an NDPB(Network Data Processing Board) in the case of executing uploading service and downloading service in an AICPS.LiTE system. CONSTITUTION: A TNAB(301) consists of an E1 framer driver(303), a TDM switch driver(304), four UAM modules(305-308), a data receiving processing(311), a data transmitting processing(313), and an HDLC driver(315). The E1 framer driver(303) covers the processing of signals and data incoming from a trunk. The TDM switch driver(304) executes a data exchange function between the E1 framer driver(303) and the UAM modules(305-308). Each UAM module(305-308) having 30 receiving buffers(309) and 30 transmitting buffers(310) is in charge of a modem pool function for 1E1, 30 subscribers. The data receiving processing(311) receives data through a channel-by-channel mail box(312) from the UAM modules(305-308), executes PPP framing processing for the received data, and transmits the processed data to the HDLC driver(315). The data transmitting processing(313) receives data through a channel-by-channel queue(314) from the HDLC driver(315) and transmits the received data to the UAM modules(305-308). The HDLC driver(315) communicates with an NDPB(316) through an HDLC link. The data transmitting processing(313) executes data flow control by exchanging flow control messages with the NDPB(316) through the HDLC driver(315).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically reporting ticket reservation information to a railway member are provided to increase the convenience of a railway member by providing a callback function to a reservation system using the Internet, and by enabling the system to automatically provide reservation information using the call-back function at the time designated by the member and to provide services for changing/canceling reservation tickets to the member. CONSTITUTION: A railway member management system(200) manages information on railway members. A callback system(210) performs a processing of callback for railway members. The railway member management system(200) includes a callback request/management unit(203). The callback request/management unit(203) stores callback information of the members. The callback system(210) is composed of a voice database(211), a voice processor(212), a call controller(214) and an interworking unit(215). The voice database(211) stores voice in the recorded form. The voice processor(212) extracts determined voice data from the voice database(211) under the control of a service control unit(213). The call controller(214) receives and processes a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi-frequency) tone inputted from a customer connecting through a mobile network(220) or a publicly switched telephone network(230). The interworking unit(215) performs a matching between the mobile network(220) and the publicly switched telephone network(230). In addition, the interworking unit(215) connects a call to the mobile network(220) and the publicl switched telephone network(230) according to sorts of terminals.

PURPOSE: A method for establishing and releasing a soft PVC(Permanent Virtual Circuit) by TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) in an ATM exchange is provided to enable interworking among network management services and obtain an inter-operability among the network management services for the soft PVC by performing a network management of a soft PVC in a TMN mode. CONSTITUTION: When a message requesting establishing of a soft PVC is received from a network management terminal(401), it is checked whether an agent system is being operated(402). If the agent system is being operated, generation of an originating side PVC termination point information is requested(403) and a processing result on the request is checked(405). Generation of bi-directional virtual path connection termination point(vpCTPBid), a management object, is requested from the agent system, generation of virtual path resource information for a PVC connection is requested(406), and the processing result on the request is checked(407). Generation of a bi-directional virtual path trail termination point(vpTTPBid), a management object, is requested from the agent system, generation of a virtual path trail information is requested(409), and the processing result on the request is checked(410). Generation of a bi-directional virtual channel connection termination point(vcCTPBid), a management object, is requested from the agent system, generation of a virtual channel connection information of the soft PVC(412), and a processing result on the request is checked(413). PURPOSE: A state managing method of a network interfacing apparatus using a routing table in an advanced information communication processing system plus(AICPS+) is provided to detect and manage a failure by changing a routing table state between NASs so that an operator can recognize the failure in a pertinent network interfacing apparatus when it happens while the AICPS+ is being operated. CONSTITUTION: When a specific NAS is added or deleted by a LOMS operator, an initialization is performed to add or delete the NAS(S401). When a system is initiated or a content of a routing table is changed, an ONAS transmits the routing table to the LOMS(S402). The LOMS determines whether there is information on the NASs in the routing table(S403,404). If there is no information on the registered NASs in the routing table, the corresponding NAS is changed to a failure state(S409). If there is information on the registered NASs in the routing table(S404), a state report is requested from a corresponding NAS, a state data is received and changed to a normal state, and the correct current state of the NAS is reflected(S405-407).

CONSTITUTION: A method for setting up a path using broadcasting between a network interface units in information communication processing system with very large capacity comprises the following steps. A process drive board is initialized. An assigned routing table is searched and Data are transmitted to a high-speed switch by using an assigned channel. A connection permission signal is determined by reading data received from the high-speed switch. A success response is returned according to the determined result.
