Abstract: This system enables to monitor whether the desired message is inputted or outputted after listening the analog signal or the PCM data. This system consists of a control data latch means (110), which latches the time slot control data (D1-D7), a time slot control means (120), which generates the time slot control signal, a PCM code/decode means (130), which converts the PCM data to the analog signal, or converts the analog signal to the PCM data, a matching means (140), which matches the analog signal to the tape recorder and the handset.

Abstract: The device receives the coded and compressed voice signals, changes the codes through pulse code modulation, and loads them to the specified time slot, thus it enables to transmit several messages to many subscriber simultaneously. Abstract: The apparatus converts mutually PCM and ADPCM having matching ability with a conventional I/O device and improved efficiency of transmission and memorizing. Abstract: The method for distributing the load uniformly in the electronic telephone exchange comprises steps: (a) inputting the signal message; (b) setting the lower k bit of the line identification code (CIC) to the message processor selection code (MHSC); (c) identifying whether there is an errored message processor; (d) allocating the address of the message processor; (e) setting the address of new message processor when the allocated message processor is infailure; (f) identifying the processor whether it is in failure and routing to the next one if it is in failure; (g) setting the address of the processor if the errored one is recovered; and (h) processing the signal message.
