In a wireless communications system, a transmission station transmits or receives data to or from reception stations by using a carrier sense multiple access with collision detection (CSMA/CA) method. The transmission station notifies the time to make the reception stations transmit a response signal for a data frame at the same time when a ready to send (RTS) frame is transmitted to the reception stations. The reception stations transmit the response signal for the data frame to the transmission station at the same time.

PURPOSE: An emergency state report method in a mobile communication system and a supporting terminal thereof are provided to decrease a process reporting an emergency state of the supporting terminal, thereby rapidly reporting the emergency state. Provided is a downlink control information transmitting and receiving method which can maximize the use of limited radio resources by effectively forming an uplink signaling message to be transmitted from a base station to a terminal and transmitting the formed uplink signaling message with a minimum amount of radio resources occupied. The method for transmitting downlink data generation indication information for a base station to inform a terminal of packet data transmission in a packet-based cellular system, includes the steps of: a) generating the downlink data generation indication information; b) recording radio resource allocation information in downlink scheduling information for transmitting the downlink data generation indication information, and allocating information for the downlink data generation indication information to downlink-shared radio resources; and c) transmitting the downlink scheduling information and the information for the downlink data generation indication information according to a transmission cycle.

PURPOSE: A method and a device for managing configuration information of a multicast and broadcast service are provided not to enable a terminal to decode a super frame, frame, or sub frame. CONSTITUTION: A scheduling unit(710) allocates a MBS setup message including the set up information for MBS operation among a MBS scheduling period to the fixed location. A transmitter(720) transmits the MBD setting message to a terminal on the fixed location. The MBS scheduling period includes a plurality of super frames.

PURPOSE: A method for assigning the radio resource to a plurality of terminals forming a group is provided to transmit only the control information for the terminal in which the transport format or the resources is changed. CONSTITUTION: An ABS(Advanced Base Station) adds the AMS(Advanced Mobile Station) in a group(S110). The ABS transmits the group scheduling information determined by the scheduling to a plurality of AMSs belonging to the group(S120). The group scheduling information comprises the terminal indication information and the resource information. The terminal indication information directs whether the information for the radio resource allocated to the AMS is changed or not. The resource information directs the changed radio resource of the AMS.
