Abstract:
본 발명은, 철도 역사의 테러 감시 시스템에 있어서, 철도 역사 내의 복수의 구역 및 철도 차량의 각 객차 내에 설치되는 복수의 디지털 카메라, 각 디지털 카메라가 촬영한 영상을 해당 촬영 구역별로 저장하는 비디오 서버, 미리 정해진 복수의 촬영 구역에 설치되어 음향, 공기질, 열, 연기, 무게를 포함한 감지 요소 중 적어도 어느 하나의 이상 발생시 이상 감지 신호를 출력하는 멀티 센서, 상기 이상 감지 신호를 출력한 멀티 센서의 설치 구역을 촬영한 영상에 기초하여 테러 용의자를 인식하고 상기 인식한 테러 용의자를 복수의 다른 카메라가 촬영한 영상과 비교하여 추적하고 역사 관리실에 테러물의 제거를 요청하는 제어부를 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의하여, 철도 역사 내 및 철도 차량의 각 객차 내부에서의 테러 발생 상황을 신속하게 감지하여 대처할 수 있다. 또한, 철도 역사 및 객차를 영상 카메라와 멀티 센서를 이용하여 자동 감시함으로써 지속적으로 카메라를 모니터링할 필요가 없다. 철도 역사, 디지털 카메라, 멀티 센서, 테러 감시, 비디오 서버
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A radio communication system of a train by transmission channel controlling is provided to implement a stability of driving a system by securing normal communication between an on-board device and a ground device. CONSTITUTION: A wireless telecommunications system comprises a ground wireless communication apparatus(200) and an on-board wireless communication apparatus(300). The ground wireless communication apparatus transmits wireless link information, and it receives data which is transmitted through a plurality of wireless channels and combines it. The on-board wireless communication apparatus receives the wireless link information from the ground wireless communication apparatus. When wireless data is allowed to be transmitted or received, the on-board wireless communication apparatus forms a wireless channel with a main channel.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fast roaming controller device for a train is provided to implement high speed roaming by using simple wireless sensitivity without complex algorithm or protocol. CONSTITUTION: First RF transceivers(10) are installed outside of a railroad along a path for a train. A second RF transceiver(20) is installed inside the train to communicate with one of first RF transceivers in wireless. A high speed roaming controller(30) is connected to the first RF ransceiver inside the station in wire and roams an operation control right to one of the first RF transceivers according to the train passing through a service area.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing structure using wireless sensor network are provided to comprise track with a wireless network based on IEE802.15.4 ZigBee between a USN sensor node and gateway and receives information about structure of subway station, thereby effectively managing each outworn structure in one structure management server. CONSTITUTION: A wireless sensor network based on IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee is connected to a USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) sensor nodes(211,221,231,241). A gateway(212,222,232,242) receives sensing information from the USN sensor node through the wireless sensor network. The gateway converts the receives sensing information to an upper interlocking signal. A base station(250) restores the sensing information of the upper interlinking signal. Based on sensing information, a structure management server(260) monitors the safety of the structure.

PURPOSE: A fire control device of railway vehicles and a method therefor are provided to rapidly evacuate passengers inside the vehicles via a voice alarm announcement and to cope with the fire accident of railway vehicles rapidly and safely. CONSTITUTION: A fire control device of railway vehicles includes: a plurality of optical fiber sensors(20,22,24) which sense temperature and are installed to the seat and inside a train; a gateway(28) which receives heat sensing data sensed in the optical fiber sensor via the wireless telecommunication; and a fire detection and extinguishment part(30) which receive the heat sensing data from the gateway via the wireless telecommunication, decides the fire break out within the train, and extinguishes the fire by turning on a sprinkler at the initial fire break out point.

PURPOSE: A data transceiving device for transceiving broadband eithernet data and video data by using multiplexer module and a method of transceiving broadband eithernet data and video data are provided to modulate multiplexed MPEG-2 transport stream by COFDM(Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) mode and transfer the modulated multiplexed MPEG-2 transport stream. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission module comprises a multiplexing module(104). The multiplexing module multiplexes the second MPEG2 transport stream about video inputted through the first MPEG2 transport stream and separate video receiving module which broadband Ethernet data received from an external Ethernet device is transformed. A data receive module comprises demultiplexing module(107). An inverse multiplexing module extracts the first MPEG2 transport stream about the broadband Ethernet data and the second MPEG2 transport stream about the video from MPEG2 transport stream received from the outside.

CONSTITUTION: A photographing device(110) is installed adjacent to all kinds of the establishments included within history. The photographing device takes a picture of the mass flow of the passengers using establishments. A malfunction deciding device(120) inputs video data image-picked up from photographing apparatuses. The mass flow of passengers is confirmed. An information providing device(130) inputs the identification data of establishments. The status information of each establishment is offered.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring a fire of a railway car are provided to prevent the spread direction of a fire by accurately grasping the spread direction and speed of a fire. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(110) is comprised of a plurality of sensors to sense a fire by measuring the density of volatile materials included in the air. A camera unit(120) verifies the fire through an image when the sensor unit senses the fire. A fire determining unit(130) grasps a fire point through the sensor unit and the camera unit and grasps the spread direction and speed of the fire. The sensor unit includes a smoke sensor, an optical sensor, a temperature sensor, a gas sensor, and an air sensor. The air sensor measures the concentration of volatile materials included in the air.
