Abstract: A method and an apparatus for performing uplink transmission and reception in a wireless communication system are disclosed. A method by which a terminal performs uplink transmission in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, first information related to repeated transmissions of a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble; repeatedly transmitting the PRACH preamble on the basis of the first information; receiving, from the base station, a random access response (RAR) including a field related to repeated transmissions of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and repeatedly transmitting the PUSCH on the basis of the PAR, wherein the number of repeated transmissions of the PUSCH may be based on the number of repeated transmissions of the PRACH preamble.
