Abstract: 본 고안은 통풍우산에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 우산에 있어서, 우산살대와 커버천이 결합되고 커버캡이 씌워지는 우산대의 상단부가 통공을 갖는 구조로 형성되어지되, 상기 우산대의 상단부의 외주연에는 외측으로 다수개의 제1지지대가 공간부를 갖도록 일정한 간격으로 환형으로 형성되고 상기 제1지지대의 외측으로 결합대가 환형으로 형성되며, 상기 결합대에는 상기 우산살대가 결합되고 상기 우산살대의 상측으로 상기 커버천이 결합되며, 상기 우산대의 상단부 상측으로 상기 결합대와 사이에 공간부를 갖도록 상기 결합대와 일정간격을 두고 상기 결합대와 상기 우산대를 씌우는 커버캡이 일체로 형성됨으로써 우산을 사용함에 있어서 심한 바람이 우산 사용자에게 부는 경우 우산 내부로 유입된 바람이 상기 공간부를 통하여 외부로 흘러 나가게 되어 바람의 힘을 극복하여 우산을 잡고 있는데 많은 힘을 들이지 않아 보행이 편리할 뿐만 아니라 바람에 의해 우산살이 뒤집히거나 심한 경우 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 통풍우산에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: 一種通風傘結構,包含一可展收之傘骨架及上、下二傘布,該傘骨架主要包含一主傘桿、一固設在主傘桿上端處之上巢環、一可在主傘桿上滑動以展收傘布之下巢環、數支一端均勻樞設在上巢環之主傘骨、及數支對應支撐在主傘骨與下巢環間之支撐傘骨,該上傘布佈設在主傘骨形成之傘面上部,下傘布佈設在上傘布外周緣之傘面下部,且上傘布之下周緣覆蓋在下傘布之上周緣上而形成上、下傘布重疊面,其特徵在於:在主傘桿之上巢環下方設置二間隔適當距雛之上、下擋止環、一可在上、下二擋止環間滑動之拉繩巢環、一位於拉繩巢環及下擋止環間之壓縮彈簧,且該拉繩巢環上均勻佈設數個內槽大外槽小之輻射狀徑向槽,供數條拉繩之末端可對應置入徑向槽孔內並藉一束緊環束緊,而拉繩另一端係繫在下傘布之上周緣上,且繫點係位於主傘骨與支撐傘骨間之樞接點的水平線下方;藉此,數條拉繩可簡易固設在拉繩巢環上,且當傘完全展開時,拉繩巢環可受拉繩張力而自動向下位移,使拉繩可拉伸下傘布之上周緣以與上傘布下周緣相對分開,而在上、下傘布重疊面處形成通風口,而當傘收合時,拉繩巢環可藉壓縮彈簧力向上復位並同時向上拉整下傘布,以利於上、下二傘布同時捲收,而避免習用者在收合時下傘布鬆垮下垂致與上傘布交叉堆疊而不易收拾的缺點者。
