Abstract:
An adapter allows direct connection of a handheld spray device to paint cans of varying dimensions. The adapter includes a cage for holding the paint can, a cap that connects the cage to the handheld spray device, and a gasket that seals the open upper end of the paint can to the cap. The adapter may also include a suction tube extension that is connectable between the pump inlet and the suction tube of the spray device. A can spacer insert is positionable in the cage to elevate paint cans of varying heights so that the upper ring of the paint can engages the gasket.
Abstract:
A gripping aid for an airbrush that has an elongated body with a longitudinal axis, a handle portion at a first end and a spray delivery nozzle at a second end of the elongated body, a gas supply connection and a fluid reservoir, both extending transversely to the longitudinal axis and away from the elongated body, the gripping aid including a one-piece body of soft, flexible, resilient material. The one-piece body having a main body portion configured to fit around only a portion of the circumference of the airbrush elongated body, and an annular portion configured to fit around the entirety of the circumference of the airbrush elongated body.
Abstract:
Provided are various embodiments of polymeric seals that may be incorporated into two-component spray guns to replace a metal-to-metal seal surface within the gun to reduce scoring.
Abstract:
A nozzle of a spray gun includes an air cap, a board, a cover and a nozzle. The air cap has a central path. The central path has a first inner periphery and a second inner periphery which is larger than the first inner periphery. Two guide faces each are a tapered face which is connected between the first and second inner peripheries of the central path of the air cap. The two guide faces are located symmetrically relative to the central path. Two air holes are respectively defined between the two guide faces and the nozzle. The air flow from the guide faces interests the air flow form the air holes to increase the range of the air flow to guide the paint in the paint path to be ejected from the nozzle.
Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to a sprayer for a fluid delivery system. In one example, a sprayer for a fluid delivery system is provided. The sprayer includes a main body having a handle and a trigger. The sprayer also includes a spray head having a fluid input for receiving fluid material and a fluid output for spraying the fluid material. The spray head is removably couplable to the main body by rotating the spray head with respect to the main body to engage a connection component of the spray head to a corresponding connection component of the main body. The sprayer also includes a spray head locking mechanism on the main body that extends to engage a portion of the spray head.

Abstract:
A rotary spray nozzle includes a barrel, a coupling tube set including a coupling tube rotatably supported in axle bearings inside the barrel, a pressure tube connected to one end of the barrel and defining a gas intake passage that is kept in fluid communication with the coupling tube and reduces in direction toward the coupling tube for causing a Venturi effect to pressurize a flow of compressed gas and fluid passing therethrough, and a bent nozzle tube connected to one end of the coupling tube remote from the pressure tube for free rotation with the coupling tube relative to the barrel when the pressurized flow of compressed gas and fluid is passing out.
Abstract:
A portable self-defense spray to protect a person from danger under an emergency situation is provided. The compressive-spray structure includes a compact case manufactured in various designs by using a flexible long-length filling tube filled with the CN solution. In a typical spray structure, CN solution is always sprayed at only a right position, the filled CN solution is not completely exhausted, and the design of the self-defense spray is limited. The filling tube to receive the CN solution is provided in the case without being twisted. The vacuum pump operating member cooperating with the button member having the spray port is installed at one side of the filing tube. A cap is provided at an opposite side of the filling tube for the sealing purpose. Vacuum is generated with the pressing of the button member, so that the CN solution in the filling tube is sprayed due to compression.
Abstract:
A sealer gun that discharges a liquid material of a coating agent/a filler from a nozzle on its tip is securely prevented from producing dripping that arises as a liquid material drips from the tip of the nozzle and remains when a discharge of the liquid material is stopped.A pump that includes a cylinder and a piston fitting in the cylinder capable to move in and out freely is assembled onto a discharge cylinder of the sealer gun, an operation rod interlocked with the piston of the pump and a grip member are interlocked via an interlock mechanism so as to perform pump operation of suction-discharge by moving in and out the piston caused by pivoting motion of the grip member, and a suction-discharge aperture of the pump is positioned in an internal space of the nozzle, and it is configured such that when a discharge of a liquid material is stopped by releasing the grip member, a negative or positive pressure is introduced into the nozzle owing to pump operation caused by resilient pivoting of the grip member.
Abstract:
An atomizer delivery manifold or spray head with an adjustable spray pattern tip is provided. The adjustable spray pattern atomizer is especially useful for delivery of fibrin glues, and enables a fluid admixture to be applied precisely to a specific site in a wide range of spray patterns.
