Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating containers, comprising a housing, inside which a sterile chamber is formed, comprising a treatment element which is arranged inside the housing and which is rotatable about a predefined axis, wherein the treatment element is arranged on a carrier provided inside the housing, and comprising a drive device for driving the treatment element, wherein this drive device is arranged at least partially outside the sterile chamber. SOLUTION: The drive device comprises at least a first drive element 22 arranged outside the sterile chamber 4 for generating rotational movements, and the treatment element 6 is coupled to a second drive element 24 for transmitting torques, the second drive element being arranged inside the sterile chamber and being rotatable about a predefined second axis of rotation, wherein the first drive element and the second drive element cooperate in a contactless manner in order to generate the rotational movement of the treatment element and are separated from one another by at least one wall, and wherein the drive elements in each case have at least one magnetizable element and at least the second drive element is displaceable in the direction of its axis of rotation relative to the sterile chamber. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing machine, for which a cleaning process, especially cool sterile filling and closing processes, are improved to be more reliable. SOLUTION: The closing machine closes a bottle, a glass product with a screw closing part, or other similar containers, using a closing cap, which is screwed to be fixed, or a screw cap. The closing machine has a screw spindle, which has a screw head and is born by a screw shaft to be rotatable on the axis. The screw shaft is driven by its drive motor at a closing position, above which a mounting chamber rotating together with a main pillar is formed. The closing machine and the mounting chamber are in the arrangement that their entire outer surface can be sprayed with a cleaner and/or a sterilizing agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device for containers with a closing head acting in a clean room where the moving masses are reduced and which is less expensive to manufacture.SOLUTION: A closing device (1) for containers (2), in particular the closing device (1) for bottles, includes: a closing head (4) acting in a clean room (3); and an electric motor (5) comprising at least one rotor (6) and at least one stator (7), with the closing head (4) connected with the rotor (6), and an element (9, 9a, 9c, 9d) for clean room separation is formed between the rotor (6) and the stator (7).

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for closing containers which is also able to cope with relatively large stroke movements. SOLUTION: The apparatus (1) for closing containers includes a closing device (2) which applies closures to the containers, wherein this closing device (2) includes a movable closing head (22) and is arranged in the interior of a sterile chamber (4) and can move in a longitudinal direction (L) of the containers, and wherein at least one wall (12) is provided which delimits the sterile chamber (4), wherein the closing device (2) is arranged on a carrier (6) which is arranged partially inside the sterile chamber (4) and partially outside the sterile chamber (4), extends through the wall (12) and moves in the longitudinal direction (L), and wherein arranged in the interior of the sterile chamber (4) is a sealing element (10), which is elastic in the longitudinal direction (L) and which seals off a region (6a) of the outer periphery of the carrier (6). Abstract:
