Abstract:
The present invention relates to lubricant compositions and can be used for treatment of friction units in different machines and mechanisms in manufacturing processes, the purpose of which is modification of friction surfaces. The basis of the invention is the improvement of lubricant composition, in which as the consequence of the additional use of thickener and wax, the viscosity of lubricant composition sufficient for conversation of uniform distribution of solid component in lubricant composition in broad temperature range is provided; and at the expense of that, the possibility of conservation of lubricant composition in any packaging and bulks, which are usable even under operating conditions of machines and mechanisms, is reached. The lubricant composition acquires the state of gel, that is convenient to put on any friction surface, to deposit on a zone of friction of any friction units. The lubricant composition ensures the receiving of engineering results similar to those, which solid components exhibit using fine-dispersed powder on basis of natural minerals from flaky silicates series and at the same time the sedimentation properties of lubricant composition permit its continuous conservation in broad temperature range without variation of lubrication and modification properties.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Schmierfettzusammensetzungen, umfassend (a) wenigstens ein hochviskoses, fluoriertes Öl miteiner Viskosität von 500 bis 1500 mm 2 /s,(b) Bornitrid und (c) ein Bindemittel,das ausgewählt ist unter Bentonit,Alkalimetallphosphaten, Aluminiumphosphaten, Alkalimetallsilikaten, Erdalkalimetallsilikaten, Aluminiumsilikaten, Erdalkalimetallcarbonaten, Calciumborat, Siliciumdioxid, Titandioxid, Aluminiumoxidund Mischungen davon.Die Schmierfettzusammensetzungenfinden insbesondere im Hochtemperaturbereich, beispielsweise für die Schmierung von Ofenauszugsschienen, Anwendung.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen lebensmittelverträglichen Hochtemperaturschmierstoff, insbesondere ein Hochtemperaturöl und ein Hochtemperaturfett umfassend folgende Komponenten: a) mindestens ein Öl ausgewählt aus einem Trimellitsäureester oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trimellitsäureestern, Alkylaromaten, vorzugsweise ein aliphathisch substituiertes Naphthalin oder Estoliden; b) einem hydrierten oder vollhydrierten Polyisobutylens oder einer Mischung aus hydrierten oder vollhydrierten Polyisobutylen und; c) Additive einzeln oder in Kombination. Im Fall des Hochtemperaturfetts wird ein Verdickungsmittel zugegeben.

The invention relates to a grease composition comprising a base oil and a thickener which comprises hydrophilic metal oxide particles and one or more fatty acids, wherein at least one of the fatty acids contains one or more unsaturated C-C bonds and at least one OH group, wherein the hydrophilic metal oxide particles have a BET specific surface area of at least 10 m/g and at least 80% of the hydrophilic metal oxide particles have a particle size in the range of from 5 nm to 900 μιη, and wherein the amount of the thickener is in the range of from 0.1-40% by weight, based on the total weight of the grease composition. The invention further relates to methods for manufacturing the grease composition, and the use of the grease composition for lubricating bearings, gears and couplings.

The invention concerns a threaded component for a seizure-resistant tubular threaded joint wherein a lubricating substance is deposited in a thin film on at least the surface of the threads of the threading, said surface being treated to adsorb said lubricating substance. The lubricating substance consists of a homogeneous mixture of a) a thickening agent; b) a set of extreme-pressure additives physically and chemically compatible with the thickening agent and comprising at least an extreme-pressure additive with chemical action called chemical EP additive and capable of being used at Hertz pressures not less than 1000 Mpa's; c) an oil. The proportions of the constituents of the lubricating substance are selected such that said lubricating substance has a consistency capable of ensuring a self-induced and film-forming lubricating process. The present disclosure provides a soap thickener and methods of making the same. The soap thickener includes a metal soap of a carboxylic acid composition in a base oil, wherein the carboxylic acid composition includes a modified fatty acid composition prepared by performing a pericyclic reaction between an unsaturated small molecule and a fatty acid mixture. The present disclosure further provides lubricating compositions that include the soap thickener of the present disclosure and methods of preparing the same.
