Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a tile carpet having improved dimensional stability to ambient atmospheric temperature change, by placing a specific network base fabric on the rear of a carpet backing, backing a thermoplastic material composition thereon, and laminating a rear base fabric further thereon. CONSTITUTION:(A) A network base fabric of a glass fiber base fabric, binding fabric and nonwoven fabric (>=20% opening degree and ) and 10- 1,000g/m basis weight is brought into contact with the whole rear surface of a tufted carpet and needle punched carpet backing formed from natural or synthetic fibers, etc., and (B) a backing material consisting of a composition consisting essentially of a thermoplastic material, e.g. asphalt, polyolefin, ethylene polar monomer copolymer, etc. and (C) if necessary a rear base fabric, e.g. woven fabric, binding fabric or nonwoven fabric, formed from polyester fibers or glass fibers, and having 10-500g/m basis weight are laminated thereon.

A non-woven fabric reinforced microporous polymer membrane for nonaqueous electrolyte batteries or capacitor and manufacturing method thereof. The polymer latex is prepared by copolymerizing water soluble polymer 100 parts, hydrophobic monomer 30-500 parts, hydrophilic monomer 0-200 parts and initiator 1-5 parts. According to 100% solids content of the polymer latex, adding 0-100% inorganic fillers and 20-100% plasticizers, and the paste is obtained. The two surface of the non-woven fabric are coated with the paste, drying, and the non-woven fabric reinforced microporous polymer membrane is obtained.

Disclosed is a method for preparing a poly(trimethylene terephthalate) carpet, in which the poly(trimethylene terephthalate) carpet is prepared from poly(trimethylene terephthalate) yarns through the post-processes comprising cabling, heat setting, tufting, dyeing, becking, and shearing. The poly(trimethylene terephthalate) yarns have advantages of improved quality, functionality, and workability by optimizing operating conditions of the steps.

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a poly(trimethylene terephthalate) carpet having beautiful appearance, excellent touch, abrasion resistance, elastic recovering ratio, excellent anti-fouling property, excellent antistatic property, excellent exfoliating strength, excellent pulling strength and excellent shape stability. CONSTITUTION: The poly(trimethylene terephthalate) carpet is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (s1) cabling; (s2) heat-setting with a superba at 120-160deg.C of temperature on a main tunnel at 4-9m/min of band speed on 200-240g/m of density; (s3) tufting to make 5-15/inch of stitch; (s4) beck-dyeing the tufted carpet with disperse dyes at normal pressure at 90-100deg.C of temperature without carrier; (s5) backing the dyed carpet; and then (s6) shearing.
