Abstract in simplified Chinese:本创作系有关于一种透湿防水织布结构改良,包括一基布层、一透湿防水层及一吸水层,该透湿防水层系为透湿防水胶,且并形成于该基布之内侧面,使水无法透过,并使水蒸气可以透过,该吸水层系由结合胶与吸水粉末混合而成,且并以点状有颜色有图案的方式设于该基布层之内侧面,该吸水粉末系亲水性优良且并具有高能力吸水特性,可使透湿防水织布制成衣服时不但可防止雨水侵入及可排出汗水的水蒸气,而且更是可吸收大量的汗水而使穿着上较为舒适,另外也不会黏皮肤,且又具有三維感,并可因此节省内衬的成本。

The present invention relates to a multifunctional structure (1,1A,1P,1C) comprising a load-bearing flexible porous support (2) and a plurality of functionalizing fillers (4, 4A) which are embedded in a resin matrix (3,3A,3B) applied on said support (2) such that at least a part of the resin (3) penetrates into said fibrous support (2) however maintaining a portion of the thickness of the fibrous support (2) not impregnated with the resin (3); a further object of the invention is a method for manufacturing the structure (1,1A,1P,1C) of the invention.

Provided is an artificial turf yarn having improved heat resistance, durability, softness and extensibility. The artificial turf yarn contains two components: an olefin block copolymer (OBC) and a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). The yarn includes from about 10 wt % to about 80 wt % of the OBC and from about 20 wt % to about 90 wt % of the LLDPE which produces an artificial turf yarn with improved softness and toughness while maintaining heat resistance.

An improved secondary carpet backing fabric imparts increased resistance to buckling in carpets compared to conventional widely used secondary backings while providing the performance of conventional secondary carpet backings (e.g., similar peel strength, tuft bind, ease of handling). The improved backing is produced by a one-step weaving process and can be converted easily into carpet using current carpet making techniques. The inventive secondary carpet backing contains core-spun filling yarn with specific properties and is preferably woven in a leno or plain weave. Compared to carpets with conventional secondary backings, carpets with the inventive secondary backings display reduced growth in cyclic tensile testing.

An artificial turf filament has a cross-section that includes a central area and two wing areas integral with said central area, wherein said wing areas are arranged in diverging orientation and the central area forms an outwardly protruding bulb. Further a bundle of a plurality of artificial turf filaments is proposed, wherein the artificial turf filaments are held together by one or more wrapping filaments wrapped around said artificial turf filaments. The wrapping filaments cross each other at cross points, and are bonded, preferably releasable bonded, to one another at said cross points. Also the wrapping filaments are bonded, preferably releasable bonded, to said artificial turf filaments.
