Abstract:
본 발명은 잔디보호블록에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 잔디가 식재된 상태에서 자동차주차장이나 공원, 운동장 등에 설치되어 자동차의 타이어나 사람에 의한 잔디의 피해를 완벽하게 해결할 수 있고, 잔디의 뿌리가 충분히 내릴 수 있을 정도의 식재층 두께를 확보함으로써 외부의 충격에도 잔디의 손상을 방지하게 되면서 빗물 등을 관수하여 잔디의 식재에 사용할 수 있도록 구성되는 잔디보호블록을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 그리고, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 자동차주차장이나 운동장, 공원 등의 바닥에 시공되는 잔디보호블록에 있어서, 그 상면에 다수의 받침봉(20)이 상방의 하중으로부터 잔디(26)의 식재층(25)을 보호할 수 있도록 고정 구비되고, 관수심지(14)를 삽입한 다수의 관수구(11)가 구비되며, 그 입구를 배수덮개(13)로 덮은 다수의 배수구(12)가 형성되는 식재파렛트(10)와; 상기 식재파렛트(10)의 하부에 장착되면서 상기 배수구(12)를 통해 공급되는 빗물 등을 저장하도록 구비되는 관수통(9);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔디보호블록을 제공하게 된다.

Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Bodenbelags-System für Spielplätze, Sportflächen und dergleichen, aufweisend einen Oberbau und einen Unterbau, wobei der Oberbau eine Bodenbelagsplatte (1) umfasst, bei der zumindest eine Granulatdecke (3) aus einen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Gemisch aus zerkleinertem Kautschuk und einem elastisch aushärtenden Kunststoff-Bindemittel ausgebildet ist, und dass der Unterbau ein Bodenbelagsgitter (2) umfasst, welches zumindest im wesentlichen aus einem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Gemisch aus zerkleinertem Kautschuk und einem elastisch aushärtenden Kunststoff-Bindemittel, ausgebildet ist. Die Anmeldung betrifft des Weiteren Bodenbelag für Spielplätze, Sportflächen und dergleichen sowie ein Verfahren zur Bildung dessen.

A permeable surface covering unit comprises a top surface and at least two pairs of irregularly shaped mating sides, one or more passageways extending downwardly from the top surface, and at least one under channel connected to the passageways for retaining liquid, such as storm water. The sides of the unit preferably define an irregular rotational tessellation element. The passageways may comprise gaps or side cavities between units and/or core cavities or other passageways within the unit. Optional undercuts may be provided in the core cavities. Pervious material plugs are cast into the cavities extending into the channel or undercut. Thereby the plug is locked into the cavity like a rivet and resists being dislodged by mechanical or hydraulic forces. A permeable surface embodiment comprises a combination of pervious and impervious units, wherein the ratio of permeable to impermeable units and resulting surface absorption rate may be adjusted.

The present invention relates to a lightweight rubber block; and more specifically, to a lightweight rubber block featuring a reduced total weight, tight fit and improved water permeability. The lightweight rubber block of the present invention comprises: a base plate made from a porous synthetic resin, the base plate having a plurality of assembly holes arranged equidistantly in row and columns, and a plurality of top blocks made from a synthetic resin material, each top block being resilient and having a screw nail fastened to the bottom thereof to pass through the corresponding assembly hole so as to fix the top block on top of the base plate. There is a gap between the top blocks to receive sand or soil. At least one weight-reducing conical shaped groove with an open bottom is formed within the top block, and a central weight-reducing groove with an open bottom is formed at a central bottom area of the top block, with the central weight-reducing groove having a smaller height than the conical shaped groove. The top block and the base plate are each formed, by grinding a waste tire and waste rubber chips to a uniform particle size and mixing with a pigment of a particular color using a mixer; or mixing primary color EPDM chips, PU chips and ground chips together with an urethane bond that is used as a mixed power adhesive, and then introducing any of the resulting mixtures into a mould to subject the mixture to a thermal compressing operation by a press at a given temperature for a certain period of time. Those chips constituting the base plate have a larger particle size than those chips constituting the top block such that a void formed by the top block is larger than a void formed by the base plate, thereby making the unit area of the top block heavier than the unit area of the base plate. The upper perimeter of each top block is in the form of a rectangular or square shape.

본 발명은 경량 고무블록에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전체적인 무게를 줄이면서도 들뜸 현상을 방지할 수 있고 투수성을 향상시킬 수 있는 경량 고무블록에 관한 것이다. 그리고 본 발명의 경량 고무블록은,다수의 조립홀이 등간격으로 횡열과 종열로 구비되어 있는 다공성을 가지는 합성수지의 하판과, 탄성력을 가지고 있으며 상기 조립홀들에 관통되는 나사못이 하부에 체결되어 상기 하판의 상부에 고정 배치되는 합성수지재의 다수의 상부블록을 포함하며; 상기 상부블록들의 사이에는 모래나 흙을 투입하기 위한 간격공간이 형성되고; 상기 상부블록의 내부에는 하부가 개방된 살빼기 원뿔홈이 하나 이상으로 구비되어 있으며, 상기 상부블록의 하부 중앙에는 상기 살빼기 원뿔홈보다 높이가 낮게 하부가 개방되게 형성된 중앙 살빼기홈이 형성되며; 상기 상부블록과 하판은, 일정크기의 입자로 분쇄된 폐타이어 및 폐고무칩을 특정색상을 나타내는 안료와 믹서를 이용하여 혼합 또는 원색의 EPDM칩, PU칩, 분쇄칩을 혼합 강력접착제로 사용되는 우레탄 본드를 섞어 재혼합하여 금형에 투입한 후 프레스를 이용하여 소정의 온도에서 일정 시간동안 가열 압축하여 성형 구성되고; 상기 하판을 구성하는 칩의 입자의 크기를 상부블록을 구성하는 칩의 입자의 크기보다 크게 하여 다공성을 가진 상부블록의 공극보다 다공성을 가진 하판의 공극을 크게 함에 따라 상부블록의 단위면적당 무게를 하판의 단위 면적당 무게보다 크게하고; 상기 상부블록은 상부 둘레의 형상이 직사각형인 블록이나 정사각형인 블록으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Said channels are able to collect and carry water to the draining or collection point (s) at the end of the slope (s) of the lower surface of the paving.

A flexible shock absorbing component providing cushioning for surfaces, especially wall and floor surfaces, is described. The shock absorbing component includes two sheets (11, 21) of thermoplastic, each sheet with inwardly facing, opposing, resiliently compressible indentations (22) extending into a cavity between the two sheets. The shock absorbing component also includes a layer of particulate matter (40) applied to and adhered to the outer surface of one of the sheets, to provide wear and weather resistance. A moderator may also be attached to the outer surface of the sheet.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a paving stone (1) used for producing a stable long-term paved assembly. To this end, the paving stones (1) are blocked so as to prevent any sliding displacement thereof in a vertical direction while allowing for their laying in a vertical direction. According to this invention, each side (3, 4) of a paving stone (1) is provided with vertical dented members (5, 6) so that only dented members can be inserted from the top (6) or only dented members can be inserted from underneath (5).

A moulded block (1) is proposed with water channels (11) below the top surface (2) for draining the latter. The aim is to make the periodic cleaning of these water channels necessitated by dirt deposition less frequent or unnecessary . This is done by providing at least one dirt retaining groove (5, 6) with at least one lateral overflow threshold (9, 10).
