A subfloor drainage panel is provided for draining moisture from a floor. The subfloor drainage panel has an upper member, a lower member attached to the upper member, and an intermediate member located in the lower member. The lower member includes a plurality of first projections extending away from the upper member, a plurality of second projections extending toward the upper member, and at least one drain hole defined in the first projections. The first projections support the subfloor drainage panel on a surface. The intermediate member has a plurality of openings each configured to receive therethrough a portion of one of the second projections so as to contact and support the lower member. The lower member is configured to define a gap between a portion of the lower member and the surface, with the gap being configured to allow fluid to pass therethrough.

A method for manufacturing decorative laminates including the steps of: a) impregnating a paper substrate with a thermosetting resin by submersion of the paper substrate in a bath of thermosetting resin; b) applying on the thermosetting resin impregnated paper substrate an ink acceptance layer containing an inorganic pigment P and a polymeric binder B having a weight ratio P/B of inorganic pigment to polymeric binder of larger than 1.5; c) jetting on the ink acceptance layer a colour pattern with one or more aqueous pigmented inkjet inks and/or organic solvent based pigmented inkjet inks containing a colour pigment C; and d) heat pressing the thermosetting paper into a decorative laminate, wherein the weight ratio P/C of the inorganic pigment of the ink acceptance layer to the jetted colour pigment in the colour pattern is larger than 4.0.

본 발명은 패널 연결부의 신뢰성이 확보됨과 동시에 외관미가 개선될 수 있는 패널 및 패널 연결구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 패널 연결구조는, 하나의 패널과 다른 하나의 패널을 연결하는 패널 연결구조로서, 상기 하나의 패널과 상기 다른 하나의 패널 사이의 기밀을 유지하기 위해 상기 하나의 패널과 상기 다른 하나의 패널 사이에 개재되는 패킹; 상기 패킹의 일부분이 삽입됨으로써 상기 패킹을 지지하도록 상기 패킹의 일부분과 대응되는 형상의 패킹 삽입 홈이 형성되고, 상기 하나의 패널과 상기 다른 하나의 패널에 각각 구비되는 몰딩; 및 상기 하나의 패널과 상기 다른 하나의 패널의 결합력을 보강하기 위해 상기 하나의 패널, 상기 다른 하나의 패널, 및 상기 패킹에 모두 접촉되도록 도포되는 실리콘; 을 포함할 수 있다.

Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности к соединению половых досок. Техническая задача - повышение эксплуатационных свойств полового настила путем повышения стабильности заданного положения стыкуемых досок при колебаниях температуры и влажности. Половой настил включает половые доски, имеющие, по меньшей мере, на двух противоположных кромках соединительные средства, основание и крепежный элемент. На соединительном средстве одной кромки выполнен паз, образованный верхним и нижним шипами, имеющими внутренние наклоненные в тело доски поверхности, образующие в поперечном сечении трапецеидальный профиль. Высота верхнего шипа больше нижнего шипа. На торце шипа имеется поверхность, наклоненная к верхней плоскости доски. На соединительном средстве другой кромки выполнены верхний и нижний вырезы, наклонные поверхности которых образуют гребень с размерами, соответствующими размерам паза. От центра поверхности гребня и до нижней плоскости доски выполнен наклоненный в тело доски канал с расположенным в нем крепежным элементом.

The present invention relates to a joining system comprising a locking device (1) and a first element (2) and a second element (3) to be joined by the locking device (1). The locking device (1) comprises a first end section (4), a centre section (5), and a second end section (6). The first and second end sections (4, 6) extend in opposite directions from the centre section (5), and at least one surface (7) of each of the first and second end sections (4, 6) are provided with at least one barb (8). The barb (8) is angled in a direction towards the centre section (5). The first and second elements (2, 3) are each provided with a groove (9). The locking device (1) is completely enclosed by the grooves (9) when the first and second elements (2, 3) are joined by the locking device (1).

본 발명은 마감용 판재에 관한 것으로서, 일정 크기와 두께로 형성되는 천연석 표면판과, 천연석 표면판과 대응되게 형성되어 천연석 표면판에 부착 고정되는 보강판과, 천연석 표면판보다 크게 형성되어 보강판에 부착 고정되는 바탕판을 포함하는 마감용 판재에 있어서, 상기 바탕판은 상면 측으로 개구된 단면홈과 하면 측으로 개구된 단면홈이 교호 반복적으로 연속 형성된 허니콤 구조가 상하 대칭 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 바탕판 및 마감용 판재의 강도가 향상되고, 무게가 가벼워질 뿐만 아니라 바탕판의 상,하부의 구조가 안정적인 균형을 이뤄 바탕판의 변형이 방지되며, 이로 인해 바탕판의 접합력을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

A floor board assembly is made of floor boards which comprises a frame (1), a filler board (4) and an upper material (3) with the frame (1) and the filler board (4) affixed to the underside thereof. The frame (1) includes latch tongues (5) that extend outwardly from the lower side edges of the frame (1), and the latch tongues (5) have locking projections (17) that fit into recesses (6) arranged just inside the periphery of the underside of the frame (1). The latch tongues (5) and the recesses (6) are arranged to allow an engagement of the latch tongue (5) of a first board with the recess of a second adjacent board.
