Abstract:
PURPOSE: The sectional floorings are provided to improve the binding strength of floorings, to promote the convenience on work and to minimize the transformation caused by external influence such as moisture. CONSTITUTION: The sectional floorings contain primary and secondary floorings(10A,10B) assembled mutually by forming combining structures having different shapes on a lengthwise side and a widthwise side. The primary flooring(10A) contains a primary concave part(12), an intermediate hanging projection(13) projected toward the outer top of the primary flooring(10A) from the primary concave part(12), and a combining projection(14) projected toward the outside of the primary flooring(10A) from the side of the intermediate hanging projection(13); and the secondary flooring(10B) contains a projection(16) fitted to the primary concave part(12), a secondary concave part(17) formed toward the inner top of the secondary flooring(10B) from the projection(16) to house the intermediate hanging projection(13), and a third concave part(18) formed toward the inside of the secondary flooring(10B) to house the combining projection(14).
Abstract:
A jointless lengthened bamboo section material and a method thereof, which is a sheet used indoors and outdoors, and which is formed by arranging and lengthening bamboo strips or bamboo blanks. Slots (11, 11', 21, 21', 31, 51, 51') are formed at least on one end of the bamboo strips or bamboo blanks in the direction of length, and tenon hooks (12, 12', 22, 22', 32, 52, 52') corresponding to the slots are formed on the same end. The tenon hook is embedded in the slot on the other bamboo strip or bamboo blank, and two bamboo strips or bamboo blanks are connected by the slot engages with the tenon hook. The method for processing the section material includes forming the slots on the bamboo strips or bamboo blanks, and forming the tenon hooks corresponding to the slots at the same time; making a tenon hook embed in a slot on the other bamboo strip or bamboo blank, and connect with each other to form a lengthened bamboo sheet; gluing and jointing the lengthened bamboo strips or bamboo blanks in the direction of the width or thickness; forming the finished product of the bamboo sheet by the common process. The structure of the slot and the tenon hook in the present invention strengthens the intensity of the transverse connection.
Abstract:
A connecting member between panels, particularly a floorboard locking mechanism, comprises a tongue (2) on one side of the floorboard (1), in which a slit (4) is provided to allow a retrievable elastic deformation of the tongue (2), and a groove (3) on the opposite side, which can match the tongue (2), wherein an interlocking means is provided on the junction surface of the tongue (2) and the groove (3) to make them be interlocked together. The tongue (2) intrudes into the groove (3) so that a deformation due to the extrusion by two sides of the groove (3) is produced, which fulfills the objective of engagement between them. The locking mechanism is hard to loosen and release, even when being struck with impact vibration force, and ensures the surface smooth and tightness.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a tile panel unit having a tile cap composed of at least one layer of crushed stone mixed with a resin and a catalyst and at least one layer of fiberglass strands mixed with a resin, and a base plate at least partially embedded in at least one layer of the tile cap material. The base plate provides a structure for supporting the tile cap, the structure having a matrix of supporting shapes and other reinforcing elements arranged within a peripheral support structure. The base plate further provides mounting features for securing the tile panel unit to an underlying support structure, and interlocking features for aligning and securing adjacent tile panel units in a wall and floor covering tile assembly system.
Abstract:
A new style rabbet structure of the wood floor has convex and concave portions, which are engaged with each other, in the vertical plane of the grooves and tongues. The engaged convex and concave portions act as an engaged gear wheel. The sections of the convex and concave portions are of trapezoid. The engagement structure not only strengthens the load capacity to the shear force applied to the floor, but also quite remarkably increases the floor butt joint effect.
Abstract:
A method of flooring using butting panels fixed to a frame primarily of joists, joints transverse of the longitudinal axes of the joists being largely unnogged. To support such joints unsupported by a framing element reliance is placed on panel edge to panel edge adhesion. In a preferred form particle board panels each provided with an edge groove have the effect of ensuring both a sufficient availability of adhesive for an effective butt joint whilst, in addition, providing a keying or splining between the adjacent panels.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a flooring panel that secures the fitting of a flooring panel in horizontal and vertical directions and allows a short side to be easily fitted during construction, and a method of constructing the flooring panel. In a square or rectangular flooring panel (100), a tongue portion (112) is formed at one (110) of a pair of end portions (110 and120), which faces each other, of the flooring panel (100) in a width direction; a groove portion (122), which has the shape corresponding to the tongue portion (112) is formed at the other (120) of the end portions in the width direction; the entrance size s of the groove portion (122) is formed to be smaller than the width w of the tongue portion (112); a tongue portion (132), which protrudes so as to be inclined downward, is formed at one (130) of a pair of longitudinal end portions (130 and 140) of the flooring panel (100); and a groove portion (142), which has the shape corresponding to the tongue portion (132), is formed at the other (140) of the longitudinal end portions (130 and 140).
Abstract:
Floor panel of the type having, at least at two opposite sides (2-3), coupling means (6) allowing that two of such floor panels (1) can be locked in a mutual position in which the upper edges (14) of the respective floor panels (1) are situated substantially in the same horizontal plane, whereas a space (S) is present at the height of these upper edges (14), between the respective sides (2-3), characterized in that the respective coupled floor panels (1) in said mutual position are mutually locked free from play at least in the horizontal direction (Hl) and that said space (S) defines a mutual distance of one to three millimeters between said upper edges (14).
