Abstract: 본 발명은 교량하부구조물 내진보강방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 교량하부구조물의 교각(100) 하측부와, 상측부에 긴장재 고정부재(200),(210)를 각각 고정하고, 상기 교각(100)의 컬럼부(110)에 컬럼부 보강체결부재(300)를 하나 이상 고정하며, 다수개의 긴장재(400)를 상기 컬럼부(110)의 외측으로 각각 소정 간격을 두고 배치하여, 그 상,하단부를 상기 상,하부 긴장재 고정부재(200),(210)에 고정하고, 상기 각 긴장재(400)를 컬럼부 보강체결부재(300)의 체결링(310)에 각각 고정하며, 상기 교각(100)의 컬럼부(110)의 외측으로 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트 보강층(500)을 형성하는 구성으로 되어 있다. 이러한 본 발명은 복합적인 내진방안을 위하여 개발된 것으로, 교량하부구조물의 지반 지지력 증대효과와 전도에 대한 대비효과를 증대시켜 전도 및 손괴를 막을 수 있고, 구조물 단면 확대를 위한 철근의 배근을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 교량하부구조물의 상단에서 하단까지 철재 또는 복합재 판과 긴장재를 수직으로 체결하고, 긴장재와 지반에 설치되는 어스앵커와 일체화됨을 꾀하여 종합적 거동을 통해 지진의 피해를 감소시킬 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reinforcing method for a negative moment area of a bridge is provided to reduce the deflection and crack of a bridge and to extend the life of a bridge by preventing corrosion of an abutment and a bridge seat. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcing method for a negative moment area of a bridge comprises the steps of: chipping the upper part of a slab where a floor slab is connected to have the appointed depth; installing many anchor grooves(6) to the chipped slab; removing dust on the surface of the slab provided with the anchor grooves(6) by an air compressor; installing an anchor bolt(7) to the anchor groove(6), then fixing by injecting epoxy; arranging reinforcing bars and fasteners(10) by hanging an anchor bolt(7) in the moving direction of vehicles; arranging reinforcing bars(9) in the intersecting direction of the reinforcing bars and the fasteners(10); removing dust on the slab surface by an air compressor; applying adhesives on the surface of the chipped slab(20) to adhere new, old concrete; placing concrete by leaving a space(19) to apply heat to the fastener(10); heating up the fastener(10) exposed to both sides of the dried concrete by electricity; fastening the expanded fastener(10), then anchoring to the concrete; cooling and shrinking the fastener(10) by isolating electricity; and placing polymer concrete or epoxy concrete to the space(19).
