PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array and a microneedle injection device which enable a reliable subcutaneous injection of a medicinal solution.SOLUTION: A microneedle injection device includes: a microneedle array body 9 having a plurality of microneedles; and reservoirs 11 which are each provided on a corresponding microneedle of the microneedle array body 9 for accommodating a medicinal solution. The microneedle injection device also includes: a guide base part to be provided on an arbitrary place on a skin; a slider part movably provided on the guide base part; and a microneedle array provided on the slider part. The plurality of microneedles of the microneedle array are subcutaneously inserted by moving the slider part along the guide base part to a skin side, and the medicinal solution filled in the reservoir is subcutaneously injected and supplied from a tip of the microneedle by pressing each of the reservoirs.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge device for making it possible to perform efficient charge using a plurality of chargers connected in series/in parallel by enabling individual identification of the chargers without requiring a complex configuration, intricate processing, and troublesome management.SOLUTION: A charge device comprises: chargers which can be connected in series, in parallel, or in a form of combining series and parallel; charger recognition means which is installed in the charger and recognizes the presence/absence of another charger connected in series, in parallel, or in a form of combining series and parallel by using communication; and role determination means which is installed in the charger and determines a role of the charger when it is determined by the charger recognition means that the other charger connected in series, in parallel, or in a form of combining series and parallel is present.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle capable of surely shoving a needle in the skin, and surely injecting liquid inside the skin without outflowing to the outside, and being devised to facilitate the fabrication, and to provide a microneedle fabrication method.SOLUTION: A microneedle fabrication method and a microneedle fabricated by such a microneedle fabrication method are provided. This microneedle fabrication method includes: a first molding step of molding a first dividing element 7; a second molding step of positioning the first dividing element 7 which is formed with the first molding step within a cast which molds a second dividing element 9 and molding the second dividing element 9; and a slide step of moving the first dividing element 7 and the second dividing element 9 relative to one another, thereby causing a gap to form between the first dividing element and the second dividing element, and using it as a pass 33.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle that can be easily thrust into skin diagonally, can strike a balance between the relief of pain to a patient and the prevention of leakage of a chemical, and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The microneedle includes: a needle body having a cuspate shape; a plane part disposed at an outer peripheral surface of the needle body; and a flow path prepared in an inside of the needle body, opened to the plane part, and opened to the rear end side, thereby the plane part comes in contact with a cutaneous inside when the microneedle is injected in the cutaneous part, and the chemical supplied to the flow path will be discharged into the plane part side, the injection of the chemical can be efficiently performed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two liquid injection apparatus capable of easily successively injecting two kinds of chemicals into a skin and capable of being manufactured at a low cost and easily.SOLUTION: The two liquid injection apparatus includes: a case provided with a liquid outlet opening; a cylinder part which is installed in the case, and is provided with a fluid discharging path communicating a fluid discharging opening with the inner space, and is provided with a fluid discharging path communicating the fluid discharging opening with an inner space; a first piston installed in the cylinder part so that it is slidable; a second piston installed on an opposite side of the fluid discharging opening of the first piston so that it is slidable in the cylinder part; an elastic member always energizing the second piston toward the fluid discharging opening side; a first liquid filled in the cylinder part and in a space on the fluid discharging opening side of the first piston; and a second liquid filled in the cylinder part and in a space between the first piston and the second piston.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve which can reliably operate even when it is a small one and can be easily manufactured because of a simple structure and to provide a method of manufacturing a check valve.SOLUTION: The check valve includes a valve body made of an elastic member in which a tapered through-hole 5 gradually expanded from one side to the other side is perforated, wherein the through-hole 5 is formed while pressurizing and deforming the valve body from one side toward the other side with a prescribed pressure, the valve body is pressurized and deformed from one side toward the other side with the prescribed pressure or more and, thereby, the through-hole 5 is opened, and the pressurization of the prescribed pressure or more from one side toward the other side for the valve body is removed, the valve body is restored to the one side according to the elastic force and, thereby, the through-hole is closed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-time injection device which is installed, for example, on the skin surface, which can inject a drug solution such as insulin into the skin over a long time, and which employs a simple and inexpensive constitution in particular.SOLUTION: The long-time injection device is characterized by including: a case; a microneedle which is disposed in the state of protruding from the case and provided with an outflow port; a drug solution filling portion which communicates with the outflow port and the inside of which is filled with the drug solution; a piston which is provided inside the case and which pushes out the drug solution, infilled into the drug solution filling portion, to the side of the outflow port; an elastic member which is provided inside the case and which constantly urges the piston in a drug solution push-out direction; and a spacer which is provided inside the case, which regulates the movement of the piston in the drug solution push-out direction by the elastic member, and which has its own state gradually changed by environmental changes, so as to gradually permit the movement of the piston in the drug solution push-out direction.
