Abstract: A power tool includes a motor having an outwardly extending rotor that defines a drive axis, a housing surrounding the motor, and a gear case that includes a drive train coupled to the rotor and configured to drive a tool output. The gear case includes a proximal end and an opposite distal end that is exposed to the outside of the tool forward of the housing. The gear case includes respective locking elements spaced around the periphery of the gear case proximal end. A motor mount includes spaced apart locking elements that are configured to engage with respective gear case locking elements. The proximal end portion of the gear case is adapted to make contact with the motor mount between the locking elements and then rotate such that the gear case locking elements engage the motor mount locking elements.

Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of heat exchange layers stacked in a stackwise direction. Each of the layers includes a first plate and a second plate, each of the first plate and the second plate includes a portion of a first enclosed header, a second enclosed header and at least one flow channel that extends between the first enclosed header and the second enclosed header. The heat exchanger also includes a plurality of fins with each positioned between adjacent heat exchange layers.

Abstract: An air intake filter assembly for filtering air flowing from a front end to a rear end includes a housing, a first filter stage, and a second filter stage. The filter stages are insertable in and removable from the housing. A latch is movable between a latched position in which the first filter stage is secured to the housing, and an unlatched position in which the first filter stage is not secured to the housing. A hinge is formable between the housing and the first filter stage, and the hinge allows the first filter stage to pivot with respect to the housing when the latch is in the unlatched position. When the first filter stage and the second filter stage are inserted in the housing and the latch is in the latched position, then the first filter stage is compressed against the second filter stage, which is compressed against the housing.
