To prevent the pump pressure from reaching a maximum, because, with the simultaneous actuation of both hydraulic consumers (15, 16), one of them is driven against a stop or exerts a clamping effect, it is envisaged that with such joint control only of the first (15) and second (16) hydraulic consumers and from a limiting pressure lying below the maximum pressure, pressure can be applied to the load sensing regulator (41) only as a function of the load pressure of one, the first, hydraulic consumer.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a hydro-transformer which comprises a hydro-motor (4), a control valve (2), and a control device (7). If the drive element is cylinder, the retraction thereof can be carried out at a constant speed and independent of load, and energy can be recovered during insertion. By providing an additional control valve (8) between the second connection of the hydro-motor and the drive element, a higher pressure can be generated on the drive element when the pressure on the pressure connection of the control valve is low.

    Dies wird dadurch erreicht daß ein elektrischer Drucksensor (60) vorhanden ist, von dem der den Hydrozylinder (18) beaufschlagende Druck erfaßbar ist, daß eine Regelelektronik (61) vorhanden ist, dem ein dem erfaßten Druck entsprechendes elektrisches Signal des Drucksensors zugeführt wird und daß das Regelventil ein elektrisch ansteuerbares Proportional-Wegeventil ist, das von der Regelelektronik entsprechend dem erfaßten Ist-Druck und dem gewünschten Soll-Druck angesteuert wird.

    Abstract: The invention concerns a current-controlled output stage for electromagnetic actuators with a current controller and a power section, said output stage controlling an electric current fed to an inductive load, for example a magnet coil, according to a predetermined desired value. The inductive load (1) is disposed between two electronic switches (2, 3) which are controlled jointly by the current controller (10) at a clocked voltage. The current controller varies the pulse duty factor of the clocked voltage such that the current (i1) flowing via the inductive load equals the predetermined desired value (Uw). Two free-wheeling diodes (5, 6) allow current to flow via the inductive load even during the extinction phase. The current flowing via the inductive load flows via a measuring shunt (4) which is connected on one side to earth. The amount of the voltage dropping at the measuring shunt is used as a controlled variable for the current flowing via the inductive load. Output stages of this type are provided for low-resistance inductive loads. In order to be able to use the same current-controlled output stage for high-resistance inductive loads too, a second measuring shunt (17) is disposed between the earth-side switch (3) and the inductive load (1). When high-resistance inductive loads are operating, the earth-side switch (3) is constantly switched in the conductive state and the voltage (U17) dropping at the second measuring shunt is fed to the actual value input of the current controller (10) as a measure of the current flowing via the inductive load (1). The current-controlled output stage is provided for electromagnetic actuators, in particular for proportional magnets used for controlling valves.
