PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position the genetic analysis of mRNA originated from one immunized cell as a target of future research and development, and to provide a technique for efficiently analyzing and identifying the sequence of a specific immunity-related gene, a technique for producing an antibody originated from one B cell, or the like. SOLUTION: This method for analyzing and identifying an antibody gene originated from one B cell includes: collecting peripheral blood mononucleosis obtained from a cancer patient whose immune reaction against a cancer-specific antigen peptide is confirmed by the administration of a dendritic cell vaccine treated with the cancer-specific antigen peptide; labeling B cells in the peripheral blood mononucleosis with a labeled cancer-specific antigen peptide and a human antibody; individually collecting the B cells each expressing an antibody on the cell membrane; extracting the whole RNA; synthesizing cDNA by a reverse transcription; amplifying a gene fragment by a PCR reaction using the synthesized cDNA as a template; and then analyzing and determining the base sequence of the amplified gene fragment. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for decontaminating polluted soil, which enables an efficient and effective decontamination of the polluted soil by utilizing laconically a gas for decontamination and water. SOLUTION: Apparatuses 3a, 3b, and 3c for supplying the gas for decontamination is provided to supply the gas for decontamination containing ozone as a composition gas in the ground E through pipes for decontamination 13a, 13b, and 13c passing through a hole perforated in the ground surface F. A water supply device 5 to supply water in the ground E through the pipes for decontamination 13a, 13b, and 13c is provided. A control device 7 is provided, the device controlling the timing of supplying the gas for decontamination and water such that a predetermined supply time of the gas for decontamination to supply the gas for decontamination by the apparatuses 3a, 3b, and 3c for supplying the gas for decontamination and a predetermined water supply time to supply water by the water supply device 5 be repeated alternately. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tumor marker allowing early diagnosis of stomach cancer, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, etc. SOLUTION: The expressed amount of calmodulin is measured in a biological specimen taken from a human. In cases where the expression of calmodulin is detected, it is determined that an object person is highly likely to have cancer. In measuring the expressed amount of calmodulin, a primer set or a probe, or their labeled substances are suitably used for detecting the existence of an anti-calmodulin monoclonal antibody or mRNA of calmodulin. Further, human tumor cell strain is cultivated in the presence of a test substance to measure the expressed amount of calmodulin in cell culture supernatant, and comparison/evaluation is made with a case in the non-presence of the test substance, making it possible to screen depressant/cure for tumor. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently mass-preparing human antibody ScFv fragments. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following processes: A gene fragment encoding an antibody heavy chain-variable domain (heavy chain fragment) and a gene fragment encoding an antibody light chain-variable domain (light chain fragment) are amplified respectively by PCR technique. The resulting heavy chain fragments and light chain fragments are further amplified into heavy chain conjugate fragments each comprising a heavy chain fragment-heavy chain linker sequence-restriction enzyme Xbal recognition sequence and into light chain conjugate fragments each comprising a restriction enzyme Nhel recognition sequence-light chain linker sequence-light chain fragment, respectively. The heavy chain conjugate fragments and the light chain conjugate fragments are digested by restriction enzyme Xbal and restriction enzyme Nhel, respectively, and then joined each other by ligation. The resulting ligation product is digested by the restriction enzyme Xbal and restriction enzyme Nhel and then amplified into the objective human ScFv fragments each comprising a heavy chain fragment-linker sequence-light chain fragment.
