    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a combination fiber that can exactly fix a reinforcing filament in a matrix, when it is heated, by combining filaments having mutually different melting point or decomposition points. CONSTITUTION: Filaments that have mutually different melting points or decomposition points are combined to form yarns, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics or nonwoven fabrics. They are combined so that the filament of higher melting point or higher decomposition point may be 50-90 wt.% based on the total amount. In a preferred embodiment, the filament having higher melting point or decomposition point is prepared by drawing the polymer with a high molecular weight at a higher drawing ratio and has a high tensile strength and high tensile modulus.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To facilitate printing and the sticking of a label by forming two openings opposite to each other in the diametral direction of a skirt and setting a rib in the radial direction so that a cavity in the terminal of a grip is formed by a rib formed on both sides of each of the openings. CONSTITUTION: A preform manufactured by injection molding comprises a center part 1 and an outer peripheral part 2 and also a U-groove 3 which has an outer groove wall 4, an inner groove wall 5 and a bottom 6. The outer groove wall 4 has an inner rib 7 and the cylindrical outer surface 8 of the outer peripheral part 2 becomes gradually the outer surface 9 of a cylindrical skirt 10 to be applied to the outer peripheral part 2, and the skirt 10 has a slant 12 between the inner surface 13 and the outer surface 9 on the free end 11 of the skirt 10. Further, two pairs of ribs 15, 15' and 16, 16' are provided which are connected to the outer peripheral part 2 and have openings 17, 17' formed in the skirt 10 for introducing the terminal of a grip and further, are opposed to each other in the diametral direction. Thus cavities 24, 24' are left opened in the terminal of the grip between the ribs 15, 15' and 16, 16' after blow molding.
