Abstract: 본 고안은 수도미터기를 보호하기 위한 수도미터기함의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 물품의 형상은 본 고안 수도미터기함 내부단면형상(도1의 B)과 같이 금속재료(steel plate: ①,②,③,④)를 이용하여 가공제조한 수도미터기 보호함에 외부에서 수도미터기를 검침할수 있도록 검침구(㉠)를 설치하고, 동절기 수도미터기의 동파방지를 위한 단열 보온테이프(ⓐ,ⓑ)를 사용하여 본 고안 수도미터기함의 외부형상(도1의 A)을 완성하기 위하여 각 재료에 대하여 성형 및 가공 제조한다.
본 고안의 주된 내용은 종래 수도미터기함의 제조형상(도2)에서와 같이 수도미터기의 검침시 미터기함의 문을열고, 단열재(스치로플등)를 제거한 뒤 미터기를 검침한 후 단열재등을 원위치시키는등 검침시간이 불필요하게 과다 소요되는 문제점과, 동절기 미터기함의 문이 완전밀폐가 되지않고 또한, 검침후 단열재의 원 위치시 이격에 의한 틈새로 수도미터기를 외기 동해로부터 보호하지 못해 수도미터기의 동파현상이 빈번하게 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
이에 본 고안에서는 상기에서와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 본 고안 수도미터기함 내부단면형상(도1의 B)에 도시한 바와같이 수도미터기를 외부에서 검침이 가능하도록 검침구(㉠)를 설치하여 검침시간을 단축시키고, 수도미터기함 내부를 외부동해로부터 보호하기 위하여 단열 보온테이프(ⓐ,ⓑ)를 설치하고,
또한, 수도미터기함 뚜껑을 밀폐시키기 위하여 수도미터기함 뚜껑 고정틀(③)을 가공 성형한뒤 본 고안 수도미터기함 내부단면형상(도1의 B)과 같이 신축성 있는 연질고무 재질의 패킹(ⓒ,ⓓ)을 설치하여 완전 밀폐시킴으로서, 외기 동해로부터 수도미터기를 보호할수 있고, 또한 종래의 수도미터기함(도2)은 플라스틱 재질로 제조되어 장기간 사용으로 인하여 형상이 변형되고, 틈새가 많이생겨 미터기 동파의 주된 원인이 되었으나,
본 고안은 금속재질로제조되어 장기사용에도 변형이 없는 장점이 있으며, 종래의 제조형상에 의한 수도미터기함의 사용으로 인한 검침시간의 과다소요 및 외부동해에 의한 수도계량기 동파등의 단점을 보완한 수도미터기함의 구조에 관한 것이다.
