Abstract: PURPOSE: An implantable medical device is provided to minimize abnormal activity of heart by inducing stable heartbeat and reduce transmission and reception of data and power dissipation. CONSTITUTION: An implantable medical device comprises a lead which respective fixes a tip pole and a ring pole, a two-channel anode sensor(21) which is transplanted to heart, a measurement amplification module(22) which amplifies electrical energy of the myocardium which the anode sensor sensed, a band-pass filter(23) which filters the electrical energy, a sense amplification module(24) which amplifies electrical energy in order to convert the electrical energy into a digital signal, an A/D conversion module(25) which converts the amplified electrical energy into the digital signal, a magnetic pole module(28) which the anode sensor generates fixed voltage pulse to myocardium, a controller(26) which checks the form of the electrical energy transmitted from the A/D conversion module and controls drive of the magnetic pole module.
