Abstract: PURPOSE: A camera control device for automatically photographing and tracing a moving object is provided to automatically perform a panning shot with movement of a camera in movement direction of an object. CONSTITUTION: A camera board unit(110) is attached and detached from a photographing camera(200). The camera board unit senses a moving direction of an object. The camera board unit outputs a rotary signal to a pan/tilt unit(120). By a rotary signal, a photographing camera is rotated on the sensed moving direction. The camera board unit output a shutter signal to the photographing camera. According to the rotary signal, the pan/tilt station unit rotates the camera board unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for a flame display switchover are provided to convert a screen naturally by displaying a frame of a changed channel in previous frame format. CONSTITUTION: A memory(110) stores the last frame of a first channel when performing the switching into a second channel during first channel watching of digital broadcast. A graphic engine(120) reproduces the last frame of the first channel in fadeout format before the frames of a second channel are prepared. A decoder(160) outputs the frames of the first or second channel by decoding the digital broadcasts of the first and second channels.
