    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fire retardant resin composition and producing method of a prepreg using thereof are provided to improve the fire resistance of the composition by using a carbon nano tube reformed to have high dispersibility by a chemical treatment. CONSTITUTION: A fire retardant resin composition including a carbon nano tube contains 30~50wt% of epoxy resin(epoxy and a hardener), 30~50wt% of solvent used to produce the epoxy resin, 5~30wt% of inorganic fire retardant, and 10~20wt% of solvent to disperse the inorganic fire retardant and the carbon nano tube. The resin composition also includes 1~7wt% of purified carbon nano tube pre-treated with a water-heat process after processing with acid materials or basic materials.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A sunscreen composition including zinc oxide fine particles, a manufacturing method thereof, and functional textile products using the same are provided to offer good chroma and permeability while preventing degradation of original colors of the fiber or wall paper. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sunscreen composition including zinc oxide fine particles includes the following steps of: manufacturing a zinc salt precursor solution by dissolving zinc oxide powder of which particle diameter is 0.5 μm or more in organic acid selected from acetic acid, butyric acid, oxalic acid and tartaric acid(S10); mixing and adding a base solution and a complex forming agent in the produced zinc salt precursor solution(S20); crystallizing and aging the mixed aqueous solution at a temperature of -5 ~ 5°C(S30); freeze-drying the aged mixed aqueous solution(S40). The zinc oxide particle particles is the particles in which the oxygen atoms are combined with the alkyl groups. The alkyl group is a chain type hydrocarbon or cyclic hydrocarbon.
