The present invention relates to an apparatus for transmitting and receiving streaming data and a method thereof capable of smoothly regenerating the streaming data without interruption and, more in detail, to an apparatus for transmitting and receiving streaming data using multiple paths and a method thereof capable of exchanging real time streaming data irrespective of obstacles by using the multiple paths. The present invention provides the method for transmitting the streaming data comprising the steps of: managing and maintaining a list of paths including sequencing information on transmittable paths; framing the streaming data; and transmitting the framed streaming data over the paths according to the sequencing information.

A method and an apparatus for allocating resources in a wireless LAN system are disclosed. The method for allocating resources according to one embodiment comprises the steps of determining a restricted access bandwidth (RAB) section based on at least one of multiple bandwidths or at least one of a partial bandwidth; and setting a restricted access window (RAW) in a time domain based on the RAB section.

In a transmitting method for providing a 3D service through a connection with a reference image transmitted in real time and additional image and content transmitted separately from the reference image, the transmitting method for providing the 3D service comprises: a real time reference image stream generating step of generating a real time reference image stream on the basis of a reference image and transmitting the generated image stream to a recipient in real time; and an additional image and content transmitting step of transmitting, to the recipient and separately from the reference image stream, additional images and content for providing a 3D service through a connection with the reference image. PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing a reference image with an additional image of a real time broadcast program and a transceiving system therefor are provided to notify the start time of a reference image to a receiver while minimizing changes of a digital broadcast transmitting system. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting server(610) generates a frame which includes an identifier for notifying the start time of a reference image to a receiver in advance. A reference image encoder(652) encodes a reference image in real time. An additional image encoder(654) encodes an additional image.
