Abstract: 본 발명은 고정 할당 방식에서의 무선 자원 재할당 방법에 관한 것이다.
패킷 기반 데이터 전송 시스템에서 효율적인 무선 자원의 이용을 위해, 고정 할당 방식과 접목하여 재배치 정보 요소와 재배치 카운터 정보 요소를 토대로 고정 할당 무선 자원을 재 할당한다. 이를 통해 자원 해지 및 자원 변경으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 불연속적인 무선 자원의 미 사용 영역을 제거할 수 있으며, 맵(MAP) 수신 오류 시 발생할 수 있는 자원 할당 불일치를 해결할 수 있다.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for controlling a base station which provides a service for a terminal having a low priority and a terminal having a high priority. When the terminal having a low priority and the terminal having a high priority perform initial ranging, a base station determines whether call congestion occurs. If the base station determines that call congestion occurs, the base station appoints the size of an initial ranging backoff window which is included in an information element of Secondary- Superframe Header SubPacket3 (S-SFH SP3) as a first size, and the size of an initial ranging backoff window for the second terminal as a second size in a system configuration message.
