The section (110) is connected to both the matching section (130) and the section (120) in such a manner as to control them (120)(130). The (120) is connected to the matching section (130) to control it. The testing and warning section (140) is connected to both the matching section (130) and the feature selecting and controlling section (120) to receive warning signals from the sections.

본 발명은 앰비언트 네트워크에 관한 것으로, 특히 상이한 무선접속 방식의 액세스 네트워크를 포함하는 무빙 네트워크(moving network)와 이동 통신 사업자망간의 네트워크 컴포지션(composition) 방법에 관한 것으로, 무빙 네트워크내 가입자 단말과 통신 수행하여 가입자 단말의 홈 네트워크 정보를 획득하는 단계와; 획득된 가입자 단말 정보가 포함된 광고 메시지를 전파하여 홈 네트워크 사업자망을 서치하는 단계와; 서치된 홈 네트워크 사업자 망으로 가입자 인증을 요청하는 단계와; 인증된 가입자 단말과 네트워크 컴퍼지션 동의 협상 절차를 수행하는 단계와; 인증된 가입자 단말과 컴퍼지션 실행하는 단계와; 컴퍼지션 실행 결과에 따라 가입자 단말로 서비스 제공하는 단계;를 포함함으로써, 무빙 네트워크 내의 단말들은 무빙 네트워크 게이트웨이를 통해 사업자 망과 접속하고, 각 사업자 망의 무빙 네트워크 매니저는 각 무빙 네트워크와 네트워크 컴퍼지션을 자동 실행함으로서, 3GPP 뿐만 아니라 각 무빙 네트워크에 포함된 이종의 단말들(3GPP2 단말, 무선랜 단말 등)에 대해서도 홈 네트워크에서와 같이 지속적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 네트워크 컴포지션, 3GPP, 무빙 네트워크 매니저.

PURPOSE: A common radio resource management apparatus for handover between heterogeneous networks, a local radio resource management apparatus for handover between heterogeneous networks, and a handover method by managing common radio resource management over a heterogeneous network environment are provided to efficiently supply the services of various service qualities to a mobile terminal by supporting the handover between heterogeneous networks through integrated wireless resource management. CONSTITUTION: A network state information management unit(110) receives network state information non-dependent on a network from heterogeneous networks. A mobile terminal information management unit(120) receives mobile terminal information non-dependent on the network from each network of heterogeneous networks. Based on the state information of the nondependent network and the information of the non-dependent mobile terminal, a network selection unit(130) selects the network for handover.

PURPOSE: A server, a receiving terminal, and a base station for a shared vedio on demand broadcast service in a mobile network and a method thereof are provided to broadcast a contents stream by collecting viewers who simultaneously watch contents according to each contents to enable users to receive the contents together, thereby efficiently sharing wireless resources. CONSTITUTION: A contents selector(210) selects the first rank request contents based on information received from a plurality of terminals. An available resource determiner(220) determines available resources of a terminal requesting the first priority request contents. If all cells include available resources for providing the first priority request contents, a stream transmitter(230) transmits a stream about the first priority request contents.
Abstract:
A network composition method is provided to continuously supply a service to subscriber terminals by using a network composition even during movement of a service provider network. Communication with a subscriber terminal is performed in a moving network(200). Home network information of the subscriber terminal is obtained through the communication. An advertising message including the obtained subscriber terminal information is propagated. A home network service provider network is searched. Subscriber authentication is requested to the searched home network service provider network. A network composition agreement negotiating procedure with the authenticated subscriber terminal is performed. Composition with the authenticated subscriber terminal is performed.
