인체통신을 이용하여 능동적이고 효과적으로 범죄를 예방할 수 있는 인체 통신을 이용한 범죄 예방 시스템 및 인체 통신을 이용한 범죄 예방 방법이 개시된다. 인체 통신을 이용한 범죄 예방 시스템은, 감시 대상자에게 부착되어 일반인과의 신체 접촉을 감지하고 신체 접촉이 감지되는 경우 인체통신을 통하여 감시 대상자의 감시 정보를 제공하는 감시 장치 및 일반인에게 부착되고 인체통신을 통하여 감시 정보를 제공받고 감시 정보를 미리 설정된 목적지로 전송하는 수신 장치를 포함한다. 따라서, 감시 대상자의 범죄 행위를 사전에 방지할 수 있고, 범죄 행위가 시도되는 경우 범죄 행위의 피해자가 될 수 있는 일반인이 보다 능동적으로 대응할 수 있다.

정확한 보행 안내 정보를 제공할 수 있고 사용 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 인체 통신을 이용한 보행 안내 장치가 개시된다. 보행 안내 장치는 지팡이 등에 설치되어 보행 안내 정보 신호를 획득하고 획득한 보행 안내 정보 신호를 인체 통신이 가능한 신호로 변환한 후 사용자의 신체를 통하여 전송하는 제1 인체 통신 수단과, 제1 인체 통신 수단으로부터 사용자의 신체를 통해 전송된 신호를 수신한 후 수신한 신호를 사용자가 인지 가능한 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 제2 인체 통신 수단을 포함한다. 따라서, 비화성이 높고 안정적이며 정확도가 높은 보행 안내 정보를 제공할 수 있고 사용 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An electric power conversion apparatus in an energy harvesting system and a method thereof are provided to obtain maximum power from a number of energy sources, by adjusting load impedance in a connection structure between source terminals selected by using electric characteristics values of each source or between the source terminal and a gathering terminal. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit (300) calculates serial and parallel combination by using an electric characteristics value of each source terminal connected to a plurality of energy sources as an input parameter. A power synthesis unit (100) measures the electric characteristics value of an individual source terminal among the plurality of source terminals and then transfers the electric characteristics value to the central control unit. The power synthesis unit connects each source terminal in serial or parallel combination according to the calculated serial/parallel combination result, and matches impedance between a load terminal and the source terminal connected in serial or parallel. A voltage conversion unit (200) generates a power source voltage by converting a power signal gathered in the power synthesis unit. PURPOSE: A rotational rehabilitation treatment apparatus using vibration and a method thereof are provided to conduct a rotation movement up to a desired motion point by giving intuitive stimulations using a haptic element. CONSTITUTION: A rotational rehabilitation treatment apparatus (200) using vibration comprises a vibration part (210) which is equipped with multiple haptic elements and which applies different vibrations along with a rehabilitation exercise rotation direction being attached on a human body of a user; and a control part (220) which decides the rehabilitation exercise rotation direction according to a rehabilitation exercise data which is previously set to make the user rotate the human body, which vibrates the haptic element which corresponds to the rotation rehabilitation exercise direction among multiple haptic elements equipped; and which stops the vibration of the haptic element once the rotation to the rehabilitation exercise rotation direction is complete.
