The invention relates to biphenylamides having general formula (I), and their salts, in which R1 is H or F; R2 is H, halogen, alkyl, halogen methyl, alkoxy, alkylthio; R3 is CH¿3?, CHF2, CF3. The invention also relates to agents containing biphenylamides, the production of biphenylamides and their use in combating parasitic fungus.

The invention relates to a method for producing n-substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles of formula (I), wherein R1 stands for optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl and R?2 and R3¿ mean hydrogen, cyano, halogen and optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl, by oxidizing a corresponding pyrazolidin-3-ons.

The invention concerns pyridyl-phenyl- and benzylethers of formula (I), and their salts and N-oxides, in which the substituents and indices have the following meanings: Q is C(CO2CH3)=CHCH3, C(CO2CH3)=CHOCH3, C(CONH2)=NOCH3, C(CO2CH3)=NOCH3, C(CONHCH3)=NOCH3 or N(OCH3)-CO2CH3; n is 0 or 1; R1 is hydrogen or an organic group bonded via a carbon atom; R2 is hydrogen, cyano, halogen or an organic group bonded via a carbon, oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen atom; R3 is hydrogen, halogen, C¿1?-C4 alkyl or C1-C2 alkyl halide; x is 0, 1 or 2; R?4¿ is cyano, nitro, halogen or an organic group bonded via a carbon, oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen atom; y is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and R5 is cyano, halogen, C¿1?-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkyl halide or C1-C4 alkoxy.
