Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a una espuma de poliuretano reforzado que tiene una densidad mayor de 50 a 300 g/L, una resistencia a la compresión independiente de la densidad mayor de 7.5*10-4 MPa (L/g)1.6, un módulo de compresión independiente de la densidad de elasticidad superior a l.7*10-2 MPa (L/g)1.7, una resistencia a la tracción independiente a la densidad superior a 6.4*10-4 MPa (L/g)1.6, un módulo de tracción independiente de la densidad de elasticidad mayor de 2.4*10-2 MPa (L/g)1.7, una resistencia a la flexión independiente de la densidad superior a 1.25*10-3 MPa (L/g)1.6 y una densidad- módulo de flexión independientes de elasticidad mayor de l.75*10-2 MPa (L/g)1.7, que puede obtenerse mediante la mezcla de (a) poliisocianatos con (b) compuestos que tienen grupos reactivos con isocianato, (c) como agente de soplado que comprende agua, y, opcionalmente, (d) catalizador y (e) otros aditivos, para formar una mezcla de reacción y el curado de la mezcla de reacción, en el que la mezcla de reacción para ser curado comprende de 1% a 40% en peso de microesferas huecas y/o se aplica a un agente de refuerzo porosa (f) capaz de formar redes de dos dimensiones o tridimensional en la espuma de poliuretano, los compuestos que tienen grupos reactivos con isocianato (b) comprenden polieteroles (b1), poliésteroles (b2), extensores de cadena (b3) y, opcionalmente, agentes de entrelazamiento (b4) y poliéter dioles aromáticos (b5) y dicho componente (b) comprende una fracción de poliesteroles (b2), extensores de cadena (b3) y poliéter diol aromático (b5) que es igual a por lo menos 50% en peso, basado en el peso total de dicho componente (b) . La presente invención se refiere además a un procedimiento para producir tales espumas de poliuretano reforzados y a su uso como refuerzo para espumas de soporte de relleno, elementos aéreos rígidos, en el interior de las alas o las aspas, y también como material de aislamiento para los tanques de gas natural licuado.

Abstract: 600956 Disclosed herein is a polyurethane composite system comprising a rigid polyurethane foam and a coating material composed of a compact polyurethane or a compact polyurea, wherein the rigid polyurethane foam comprises a porous three dimensional reinforcing material which forms a network, where the network encloses at least 50% of the volume of the rigid polyurethane foam, or at least two layers of a porous, at least two-dimensional reinforcing material, wherein the maximum distance between two adjacent layers among one another or between the upper layer and the upper side of the foam or between the lower layer and the underside of the foam differs from the minimum distance between two layers among one another or between the upper layer and the upper side of the foam or between the lower layer and the underside of the foam by a factor of not more than 4. The polyurethane composite system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rigid polyurethane foam can be produced by mixing polyisocyanates compounds having groups which are reactive toward isocyanates blowing agent comprising water a catalyst mixture comprising tertiary amines and optionally further additives, to form a reaction mixture, applying the reaction mixture to a reinforcing material and curing the reaction mixture.

Abstract: Preparation of a polyurethane foam (I) with a density of 70-300 g/dm 3>and 1-20 cells/cm, comprises mixing and reacting polyisocyanate obtained by reacting diisocyanates e.g. methanediisocyanate, with non-polar polyetherols obtained by alkoxylation of 2 to 4-hydric alcohols with propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide, and/or polytetrahydrofuran, and polar polyetherols obtained by alkoxylation of 2- to 4-hydric alcohols with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, a blowing agent comprising water, and optionally chain extenders, a catalyst, and other auxiliaries and/or additives to form (I). Preparation of a polyurethane foam (I) with a density of 70-300 g/dm 3>and 1-20 cells/cm, comprises mixing and reacting polyisocyanate obtained by reacting diisocyanates comprising methanediisocyanate and/or naphthalene diisocyanate, with non-polar polyetherols obtained by alkoxylation of 2 to 4-hydric alcohols with propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide and/or polytetrahydrofuran, and polar polyetherols obtained by alkoxylation of 2- to 4-hydric alcohols with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, where the proportion of oxyethylene units, based on all oxyalkylene units, is at least 15 wt.%, and the isocyanate content of the polyisocyanate is 3-14%, a blowing agent comprising water, and optionally chain extenders, a catalyst, and other auxiliaries and/or additives to form (I) An independent claim is included for the polyurethane foam made by the method.
