Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk with signals of three-dimensional video and high resolution image recorded thereon and a system for reproducing data on the optical disk, which are compatible with a conventional system for reproducing an ordinary resolution image. SOLUTION: A first image signal and a second image signal are divided into groups of frames of one GOP or more. As for interleave blocks laterally alternately recorded on an optical disk 1, a three-dimensional/high resolution image-compatible reproducing apparatus reproduces both first and second interleave blocks, thus providing a three-dimensional image or a high resolution image and a three-dimensional/high resolution image-non-compatible reproducing apparatus reproduces only one of the first and second interleave blocks by jumping tracks, thus providing an ordinary resolution image. SOLUTION: A first image signal and a second image signal are divided into groups of frames of one GOP or more. For interleave blocks laterally and alternately recorded on an optical disc 1, a three-dimensional, high-resolution image-compatible reproducing device reproduces both first and second interleave blocks to provide a three-dimensional image or a high-resolution image. The three-dimensional, high-resolution image-incompatible reproducing device also reproduces only one of the first and second interleave blocks by jumping tracks, thus providing an ordinary resolution image. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compatibility with a conventional system for reproducing ordinary videos in an optical disk in which stereoscopic videos and high-quality video signals are recorded and a system for reproducing the optical disk. SOLUTION: The reproducing device which is used for reproducing stereoscopic videos and high-quality videos obtains stereoscopic videos or high-quality videos by reproducing both first and second interleaved blocks recorded on the optical disk 1 in which first and second video signals are alternately recorded on the right and left sides by dividing the first and second video signals into frame groups of one GOP or more; and a reproducing device which is not used for reproducing the stereoscopic videos and high-quality videos obtains ordinary videos by only reproducing either the first or second interleaved block by jumping tracks. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display only landmark information desired by a user among the landmark information transmitted from a map server. SOLUTION: An imaging device 102 includes an imaging unit 114 which captures digital images; a communication unit 112 which acquires a plurality of additional information from a predetermined map server 120 holding a plurality of additional information, corresponding to respective objects contained in the digital image captured by the imaging means; a display information extracting unit 113, which selects additional information to be displayed from among the plurality of additional information acquired by the communication unit 112; and a duplicate display processing unit 116 and a display unit 117, which display the digital image captured by the imaging means, together with the additional information selected by the display information extracting unit 113 from among the plurality of additional information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize compatibility with a conventional system for reproducing a normal-resolution video, in an optical disk on which high-resolution video signals are recorded and a system for reproducing the high-resolution video signals.SOLUTION: A high-resolution video signal is divided into a main signal and an auxiliary signal by video separation means. A first interleave block 54 and a second interleave block 55, in which respective streams subjected to MPEG coding are divided into frame groups with 1 GOP or more, are recorded alternately on an optical disk 1. A reproduction device corresponding to high-resolution obtains a high resolution video by reproducing both of the first and second interleave blocks. On the other hand, a reproduction device which does not correspond to high-image-quality obtains a normal-resolution video by reproducing only one of the first and second interleave blocks.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve that it is difficult to retrieve data recorded on a changeable medium such as an optical disc, and to provide an optical disc allowing data recorded on the optical disc to be retrieved by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A transmitting/receiving antenna (231) is provided in the inner circumference of an optical disc. An IC module (201) connected to a transmitting/receiving IC (230) having ID information is formed and embedded in an optical disc substrate. Attachment of the radio transmitting/receiving IC having the ID information to the disc enables each disc to be managed by the ID. Thus, the IC-module-embedded optical disc excellent in mass productivity is obtained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compatibility with a conventional system reproducing a normal-resolution video, to an optical disk containing high-resolution video signals and a system for reproducing the high-resolution video signals.SOLUTION: A high-resolution video signal is divided into a main signal and an auxiliary signal by video separation means and subjected to MPEG coding. Respective streams obtained as a result of this are divided into frame groups of 1GOP or more to obtain a first interleave block 54 and a second interleave block 55, which are recorded alternately on an optical disk 1. A high-resolution-ready reproduction device reproduces both the first and second interleave blocks, thereby obtaining a high resolution video. On the other hand, a high-image-quality-ready reproduction device reproduces only one of the first and second interleave blocks, thereby obtaining a normal-resolution video.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compatibility with a conventional system for reproducing an ordinary resolution video, in an optical disc recorded with a high resolution video signal and a system for reproducing the optical disc.SOLUTION: The high resolution video signal is separated into a main signal and a sub signal by a video separating means, and the MPEG-encoded streams are divided into 1 GOP or more frames. The resultant first interleave block 54 and second interleave block 55 are recorded alternately on an optical disc 1. A high resolution reproducing apparatus reproduces both the first and the second interleave blocks, so that a high resolution video is obtained. Meanwhile, a non-high resolution reproducing apparatus reproduces only the first or second interleave block, so that an ordinary resolution video is obtained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having a high resolution video signal recorded thereon and a system for reproducing signal, which are compatible with a conventional system for reproducing an ordinary resolution video. SOLUTION: Streams obtained by dividing a high resolution signal into a main signal and a sub signal by a video separator and MPEG-coding are divided into frames each having ≥1 GOP. A first interleave block 54 and a second interleave block 55 which are obtained in this way are alternately recorded on an optical disk 1. A high resolution reproduction apparatus obtains a high resolution video by reproducing both first and second interleave blocks. At the same time, a non-high image quality reproduction apparatus reproduces only the first or second interleave block, so that an ordinary resolution video is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
