PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device with improvement realized for sense of operation, when the operator operates and a dead space is effectively utilized, and various kinds of commands can be inputted, and to provide electronic equipment having the input device. SOLUTION: This is input device 50 is arranged on equipment 10 for inputting a command through rotation by the operator, and is comprised of a body 60, a keytop 70 that is installed on the body 60 and capable of inputting a command, by rotating from a neutral state to the first rotating operation direction RD centered on the rotation center on the body 60 side, and is also capable of inputting commands, by rotating in the second rotating operating direction LD that crosses the first rotating operation direction RD, a cover member 300 for housing the main body 60, and a flexible wiring circuit board 400 that is arranged between the cover body 300 and the body 60 and has a switch, that inputs a command as the body 60 is pushed toward the inner face of the cover member 300, when the keytop 70 is rotated in the second rotating operation direction LD. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head actuator of a simple structure, which can attain miniaturization and thickness reduction and can enlarge rotational torque, when the magnetic head and the arm are rotated at a prescribed angle and to provide a magnetic recording and reproducing device using the same. SOLUTION: A rotor has a rotor yoke, which is integral with the arm and a coil provided integrally with the rotor yoke and is arranged, facing a magnet with a shaft as a center. A wiring pattern 80 of the coil has a first drive wiring pattern part 110, facing a N pole of the magnet and a second drive wiring pattern part 120 facing a S pole thereof and is formed, so that an energization direction in the first drive wiring pattern part 110 and an energizing direction in the second drive wiring pattern part 120 face opposite to each other. SOLUTION: This electric connection device 600 has the organic electroluminescent element and a connector 700 for electrically connecting the second substrate 50 to the electrode inside the first substrate 121 having the electrode connected to the organic electroluminescent element, and a connector terminal 710 of the connector 700 is electrically connected to the electrode of the first substrate 121 by ultrasonic welding. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply provide an electrical connection just by pushing open and connecting, when it is electrically connected to an external connection object part of an apparatus, and to prevent hindrance in opening and closing of a shutter, even when a connector portion is provided protruding in an interior by automatically closing an opening and preventing intrusion of foreign matter such as dust and refuse, when it is not electrically connected to the connection object part. SOLUTION: The shutter 101 closing the opening 200 being closable is provided with the shutter 101, having a cutout part 985 for avoiding the first connector portion 990 during opening and closing, at a position corresponding to the first connector portion 990 and opening the opening 200, when the external connection object part is inserted in the opening 200; and an energizing member 330 energizing the shutter 101 and closing the opening 200 by the shutter 101 in a state with the external connection object part being removed from the opening 200 and the first connector portion 990 at a position, corresponding to the opening 200 of the shutter 101.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, an electronic appliance and a method for manufacturing a display device such that the conductive connecting part of a flexible wiring board can be electrically surely connected to a conductive metal film on the substrate where an organic electroluminescent element is formed and that the above electric connection can be performed even in the vicinity of the organic electroluminescent element. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with an organic electroluminescent element 80 formed on a substrate 121, a conductive metal film 170 formed in the position on the substrate not overlapping with organic electroluminescent element, a flexible wiring board 50 having a plurality of holes and a conductive connecting part 220 in the surrounding part forming the holes, and solder balls 330. The solder balls are to be deposited and fused in the holes 210 of the flexible wiring board while the flexible wiring board 50 is adhered to the substrate 121 so as to electrically connect the conductive metal film 170 of the substrate to the conductive connecting part 220 of the flexible wiring board 50 to electrically connect the organic electroluminescent element 80 to the flexible wiring board 50.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically connecting device, wherein in the case of electrical connection for an external connection subject part of an equipment, electrical connection can be easily made only through pushing to connect, and in case of electrical disconnection for the connection subject part, the electrical connection can be prevented from deteriorating by preventing invasion of foreign matters such as dust, dirt or the like. SOLUTION: This is equipped with a main body 110 fixed to the equipment, electric connecting terminals 134, 136 arranged at the main body 110, a holder 114 fixed to the main body 110, a driving member 116 arranged between the main body 110 and the holder 114, and a movable body 101 arranged between the main body 110 and covering an opening part 154 of the holder 114. When the external connection subject part are pushed from outside through the opening part 154 of the holder 114, the moveable body 101 is moved to the main body 110 side resisting the driving force of the driving member 116 to connect the electric connecting terminals 134, 136 electrically against the external connection subject part.
