A decomposition reaction apparatus for the decomposition treatment of a thermosetting resin, which comprises a reaction apparatus comprising an introduction section for introducing a resin composition containing the thermosetting resin and a solvent containing a monomer component of the thermosetting resin or a component similar to the monomer component, a decomposition reaction section for heating and pressuring the resin composition and the above solvent so as for the solvent to have a supercritical state or a subcritical state, to thereby prepare a treated and recovered product containing a recycled resin formed by the reduction of the molecular weight of the above thermosetting resin, and a discharge section for discharging the treated and recovered product. In the above reaction apparatus, the introduction of the resin composition and the solvent, the decomposition treatment of the thermosetting resin in the decomposition reaction section and the discharge of the treated and recovered product from the discharge section are all carried out continuously, and therefore, a raw material for a recycled resin composition using an industrial or general waste containing a thermosetting resin as the above resin composition can be produced continuously.

A process for ammonia and methanol co-production in a plant comprising a secondary reformer section, a high-temperature CO conversion section and a low-temperature CO conversion section, arranged in series, and an ammonia synthesis section, is distinguished by the fact that the unreacted gas flow coming from a methanol synthesis section, before being fed to the low-temperature CO conversion section, is advantageously saturated with a liquid flow comprising H2O appropriately heated by indirect heat exchange with a gaseous flow coming from the secondary reformer section.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Autoklavieren von porösem, stückigem Gut, insbesondere calciumhydrosilicatgebundene Formkörper, bei dem nach einer Aufheizphase eine kombinierte Härte- und Trocknungsphase und eine anschließende Drucksenkungsphase vorgesehen sind, wobei aus dem in der Härtephase befindlichen Autoklaven wasserdampfhaltiges Heizmedium geregelt abgeblasen wird, wobei am Ende der Trocknungsphase die Randzonen des stückigen Gutes durch Umspülen mittels Sattdampf isobar gekühlt werden, um die Rißbildungsgefahr zu vermeiden.

Fuel, oxidant and reactant for a supercritical water oxidation reactor are fed through an injector in which the flow is arranged such that the oxidant feed surrounds the fuel feed and shields the fuel feed from the reactant feed. Excessive reactant temperature is thus avoided, and the reaction can proceed in a highly efficient manner.

A method for the chemical conversion of complex chemical structures in a supercritical medium is disclosed. One or more chemical structures (20) may be converted by means of a reduction reaction in a supercritical solvent (22). The method is useful for destroying hazardous products, processing industrial effluents and natural products, and altering molecular structures.
