A thermoplastic resin composition comprising a blend obtainable by blending 0.1 to 99 % by weight of (a) a fluorine-containing polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 2000 to 1000000 and having hydroxy group or epoxy group at least at one of end portions of a main chain and side chain of the polymer, and 1 to 99.9 % by weight of (b) a heat resisting thermoplastic resin having a crystalline melting point or glass transition temperature of not less than 150null C. The present invention can provide a composition comprising various heat resisting thermoplastic resins and a fluorine-containing polymer having a functional group which is capable of developing an affinity with said resins and forming a uniform dispersion.

The invention relates to a friction-reducing lacquer for coating elastomers, composed of a lubricative substance and of a base friction-reducing lacquer composed of water, elastomer suspension, a polyurethane dispersion, flow control agents, defoamers, solids which impart a microcellular structure, and pigments, and also of further, typical lacquer additives, and to which different amounts of said lubricative substance are added in accordance with the application.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gleitlack zur Beschichtung von Elastomeren bestehend aus einem Basisgleitlack aus Wasser, Elastomersuspension, einer Polyurethandispersion, Verlaufsmitteln, Entschäumern, mikrozellstruktur-gebenden Feststoffen, und Pigmenten sowie weiteren lacktypischen Additiven besteht und einem schmieraktiven Stoff, dem je nach Anwendung unterschiedliche Mengen dieses schmieraktiven Stoffes zugegeben werden.

The present invention relates to coating compositions containing a polymeric or copolymeric levelling agent, which has been prepared by nitroxyl - mediated polymerisation. Further aspects are a process for the preparation of smooth surface coatings and the use of said polymer or copolymer as levelling agent in coating compositions. Yet another aspect are specific ethylenically unsaturated monomer compositions from which copolymers can be obtained by atom transfer radical polymerisation or nitroxyl mediated polymerisation, which copolymers are useful as levelling agents in coating compositions. Still another aspect is the use of poly-tert.-butyl acrylate or poly-tert.butylmethacrylate as a levelling agent in powder coating compositions.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Formmassen basierend auf teilkristallinen technischen Thermoplasten, die in üblichen Verarbeitungstechniken Formteile mit reduziertem Oberflächenglanz ergeben. Die Formmassen zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass sie in einer Polymermatrix, gegebenenfalls mit den üblichen Additiven, Polymer-Teilchen mit einer mittleren Größe d 50 zwischen 0, 1 µm und 100 µm und mindestens ein weiteres chemisch unvernetztes un- oder teilverträgliches Polymer sowie gegebenenfalls salzartige Additive enthalten. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung Formteile, die aus solchen mattierenden Formmassen mittels üblicher Verarbeitungstechniken, insbesondere durch Spritzguss, hergestellt werden.

An aspect of this invention discloses novel copolymeric compositions with repeat units of glycidyl methacrylate and alpha-methylene-gamma-methyl-gamma-butyrolactone. This invention also discloses an emulsion polymerization process for making such copolymers. This invention further discloses blends of such copolymers with polyamides and blends of such copolymers with polyesters. This invention further discloses a process for improving mechanical properties of polyamides and polyesters.

The present invention relates to a resin composition for injection comprising a low birefringence polymer blend, and a front panel prepared using the same, wherein 2-10 parts by weight of a superplasticizer is added to the composition on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the polymer blend, and the polymer blend comprises 80-90 wt% of a polycarbonate resin and 10-20 wt% of a negative birefringence polymer resin. It is possible to provide an optical panel using the resin composition for injection, wherein the optical panel is mounted on a front panel of a display such as a PDP TV, an LCD TV, a borderless TV or a three dimensional TV, and comprises a low birefringence polymer blend plastic resin.
