Abstract:
A wire grid shaped with brick size spaces which may be transported or stored as a roll, and which is adaptable for serving as a permanent guide and reinforcement when unrolled onto a flat path with bricks subsequently individually mounted in each of the grid spaces.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an erosion-controlling protective surfacing for the soil comprising flexible liquid-permeable supporting sheet means conforming to the contour of the soil and a mat of blocks on said supporting sheet means, said mat having drainage passageways therethrough so that water can pass through the surfacing. Preferably, the surfacing includes filter means and the blocks are secured to the supporting sheet means.
Abstract:
The sheet of bricks (10) comprises a plurality of bricks (1) provided with openings (1a) and arranged in contiguous rows with said openings (1a) mutually aligned, spacing elements arranged to provide gaps between said rows of bricks (1), rods (2) running through the aligned openings (1a) of said bricks (1), and retaining means for retaining said rods (2) within the openings (1a) of the bricks (1). The retaining means are configured to restrict movement of the rods (2) in an axial direction with respect to the openings (1a) and to allow free rotation of the rods (2) at least within the openings (1a) of the bricks (1) in alternate rows. The bricks (1), and optionally some links (3) collaborate with the rods (2) to form a flexible chain forming the sheet of bricks (10).
Abstract:

Abstract:
Cover for a road verge, formed as a verge strip which extends along a paving, composed of concrete stones, forming a bond which which may or may not be permanent, said bond being oriented transversely to the direction of travel or main direction of the paving, wherein the transition areas or joints, between the stones parallel to the direction of travel are staggered with respect to each other. At least at the joint edges which extend transverse to the direction of travel, the stones may be provided with concave and convex profiles for mutually interlocking engagement and/or at the joint edges which extend parallel to the direction of travel, they may be provided with concave and convex profiles for mutually interlocking engagement.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A connective paving block (1, 21) includes a plurality of block units (2, 22) formed of concrete. The block units are arranged with a prescribed gap (D, 7, 27) between adjacent block units and linked across the prescribed gap by a connecting member (3, 23) that provides flexibility between block units.
