A balanced hinge device with brake comprises a first connecting means (3) assigned to be fixed to a structure or frame and connected via at least a kinematic means (8) to a second connecting means (5) assigned to be fixed to a door or a shutter. Said device (1) comprises at least a friction means (9) fixed to at least one among first connecting means (3), second connecting means (5) and kinematic means (8), each friction means (9) slidably contacts, at least at a predetermined rotation arc of one of the connecting means (3, 5) with respect to the other, with a portion of at least one among first connecting means (3), second connecting means (5) and kinematic means (8) and with at least a contact means (11).

The invention relates to a hinge (100, 200) for a concealed arrangement between a frame and a leaf, comprising a hinge bracket (28, 29) which extends between a frame receiving element (1) and a leaf receiving element (2) and which is pivotally mounted about a frame pivot axis (S) in the frame receiving element (1) and about a leaf pivot axis (T) in the leaf receiving element (2). The hinge also comprises means for synchronizing the pivoting movements about the frame and leaf pivot axes (S, T).

The invention relates to a furniture drive (1) for driving a movable piece of furniture (2), comprising an electric motor (3), an actuator (4) that can be moved back and forth between two end positions to apply a force on the piece of furniture (2) to be driven, and a gearbox (5) connected between the electric motor (3) and actuator (4), wherein the gearbox (5) has at least one gear stage configured as an eccentric gearbox (6) and comprising two gear wheels (7, 8) that mesh with each other, wherein one of the two gear wheels (7, 8) is firmly connected or coupled to the actuator (4) and the other gear wheel (7, 8) is coupled to the electric motor (3) such that the eccentric gearbox (6) has two limit positions, which correspond to the end positions of the actuator (4), and upon a rotation of the gear wheels (7, 8), starting from the limit positions, the gear ratio decreases over a defined rotational angle range.
