The present invention includes a cover portion (120) that is coupled with an upper portion of the pig injection port of the upper flange; a plurality of hexagonal bolts (150) and nuts (140) that are used to fasten the upper flange to the cover portion; and an air vent (130) that absorbs water hammer pressure and discharges air which is present on a duct. A linear fixed protruding portion (160) formed apart by a width of a head portion of the hexagonal bolt is provided on the back surface of an upper flange (110) so that the hexagonal bolt (150) is fixed in place during fastening and a magnetic body (155) is provided inside the head portion of the hexagonal bolt (150) to be attached to the back surface of the upper flange (110). The air vent (130) has the same height as the hexagonal nut (140) and is positioned inside between the hexagonal bolts at the center of the cover portion.
