Abstract: The present invention relates to a pipe inspection and cleaning apparatus allowing convenient construction. When considering a working environment in a narrow underground space for water supply and drainage, a protruding portion that is formed apart by a width of a hexagonal nut is provided so that the hexagonal nut is fixed in place during fastening to a back surface of an upper flange, and a magnetic body is provided on one side upper surface of the hexagonal nut, thus the operation can be facilitated, without the hexagonal nut having to be held by a hand, and operation efficiency can be maximized. The pipe inspection and cleaning apparatus is provided with access tube bodies (100) that are formed on both sides for coupling with water supply and drainage pipes and the upper flange (110) that is formed in an upper portion of the access tube body (100) with a pig injection port formed on an upper surface. The present invention includes a cover portion (120) that is coupled with an upper portion of the pig injection port of the upper flange; a plurality of hexagonal bolts (150) and nuts (140) that are used to fasten the upper flange to the cover portion; and an air vent (130) that absorbs water hammer pressure and discharges air which is present on a duct. A linear fixed protruding portion (160) formed apart by a width of a head portion of the hexagonal bolt is provided on the back surface of an upper flange (110) so that the hexagonal bolt (150) is fixed in place during fastening and a magnetic body (155) is provided inside the head portion of the hexagonal bolt (150) to be attached to the back surface of the upper flange (110). The air vent (130) has the same height as the hexagonal nut (140) and is positioned inside between the hexagonal bolts at the center of the cover portion.
