Abstract:
A vehicle air-conditioning system includes a solar radiation amount detection element configured to detect the amount of solar radiation incident on an instrument panel, a temperature correction element configured to correct a detection signal value output from the solar radiation amount detection element according to a temperature on the instrument panel, a solar radiation sensor configured to output a detection signal in which a temperature is corrected by the temperature correction element, and an air conditioner configured to control air conditioning inside a vehicle based on the detection signal from the solar radiation sensor.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that easily and accurately measures the illumination levels that are directed on wafers during a photolithography process in wafer fabrication. SOLUTION: A wireless illumination sensing assembly for sensing a property of illumination within a semiconductor processing environment is provided. The sensing assembly has a power source and a wireless communication module coupled to the power source. Measurement circuitry is also provided. At least one illumination sensor has an electrical characteristic that varies with the property of illumination. The illumination sensor(s) is/are coupled to the measurement circuitry. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolometric detector about electromagnetic radiation. SOLUTION: The bolometric detector for electromagnetic radiation comprises an receiving antenna (1) for collecting electromagnetic radiation and then insuring electromagnetic coupling; a resistance load capable of converting the collected electromagnetic radiation into heat capacity; and a thermometer element (4) connected to the receiving antenna (1) through the resistance load and thermally insulated from a support substrate (2), housing an electronic circuit including a means for electric excitation (stimulus) and a means for preprocessing an electric signal generated by the detector.
