    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the present remote controller has a weak point incapable of controlling two separated devices at the same time.
    SOLUTION: This invention relates to a remote control apparatus, a system and a method thereof. A remote controller of the invention includes: an RF antenna for transmitting an RF signal to a first device; an IR transmission part for transmitting an IR signal to a second device; a user input part for receiving an input instruction from a user; and a control part which confirms whether the input instruction is received, and, when the input instruction is received, controls the RF antenna to transmit the RF signal to the first device and controls the IR transmission part to transmit the IR signal to the second device. Thereby, a plurality of devices can be controlled at the same time by the single remote controller.
