Abstract: 本发明公开了一种图像传感器,具体说是一种能够对紫外光、可见光及红外光的图像信息都能进行读取识别的全光谱识别图像传感器,其包括传感器基板,传感器基板上设置有排列成直线的感光部,传感器基板的上部设有透镜,透镜的旁边设有光源,以及能容纳上述传感器基板、透镜、光源的框架。框架的上部设有搭载原稿的透光板,其特征为光源是能够发出包括紫外光、可见光及红外光的全光谱光源,传感器基板上的感光部由两部分组成,一部分为反射光感光部,用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的反射光信息,另一部分为激励光感光部,用于接收光源照到原稿上产生的激励光信息。本发明的图像传感器不仅可以识别普通的色彩图像,而且同时可以识别各种特殊用途的防伪图像,大大提高了图像传感器的功能和使用领域。

Abstract: 本发明涉及移动通信技术,公开了一种通知信道的负荷检测方法及基站,使得网络侧能够实时检测通知信道的负荷情况。本发明中,通过基站统计并比较每一个通知消息的发送时间迟延与相应的正常迟延时间的关系,并根据一个或多个所获得的比较结果判断通知信道是否已过载,当基站判定通知信道已过载时,将该通知信道的过载消息上报给基站控制器。其中,通知消息的发送时间迟延包含新通知消息的发送时间迟延以及通知消息的循环发送时间迟延。

Abstract: 一种数字摄影机影像格式的可变长度解码装置及方法,该装置包括有第一暂存器、第二暂存器、第三暂存器以及第四暂存器,用以暂存待解码的位元信息流,另外再利用一个筒移位器,将位元信息流的资料产生以16位元为单位的输出,并且用一个累加器来累计已经使用过的位元数,再根据筒移位器输出的结果对照可程序逻辑阵列内的资料进行查表解码,以及用一控制器控制解码流程及固定长度解码。该数字摄影机影像格式的可变长度解码装置可解码更多的影像高频讯号,使得讯号品质更好,色彩更逼真,影像更精致。

Abstract: 本发明涉及用于编码无线通信系统的信号的方法,该方法包括把信号的当前帧划分成每个具有确定尺寸的多个GOB(模块组),确定被编码的多个GOB的当前GOB是否是当前帧的第一GOB,根据当前的GOB是否是当前帧的第一GOB来计算当前GOB的控制参数值,根据控制参数值控制当前GOB的编码比特率,和编码当前的GOB。优选地,使用其中使用了帧之间GOB更新方法和帧内GOB更新方法的混合方法,以便减少帧之间的比特率变化并有效地作出信道的数据传输,以此提供给用户最佳的图像质量。
