본 발명은 중계기용 방열판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 중계기 본체에서 발생되는 열을 외부로 효과적으로 방출시키기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방열판은 발열체의 일면에 설치되는 베이스판과, 베이스판 위에 수직 돌출되어 열을 지어 형성된 판 형상의 복수의 방열핀을 포함한다. 이때 방열핀의 표면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되어 있으며, 복수의 돌기는 방열핀이 배열된 방향에 수평하게 삼각 모양으로 균일하게 형성된다. 또한, 베이스판 및 방열핀의 표면에 쇼트피니싱 또는 샌드피니싱 처리를 함으로써, 금속구슬 또는 모래알 등의 시드가 부착된다.

PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for communications equipment is provided to smoothly flow the air in the communications equipment by discharging the internal air and supplying the outside air, and to optimize cooling efficiency of the communications equipment. CONSTITUTION: An inner air discharge opening(13) is connected to an inner space of communications equipment. The inner air discharge opening discharges the inner air to the outside. A discharge opening(11) is connected to the inner air discharge opening. The discharge opening discharges the inner air to the outside. A damper(50) blocks the entrance of external air to the inner air discharge opening through the discharge opening. A filter(20) removes dust from the sucked outer air. An air injection opening(14) supplies the outer air to inside the communications equipment.

A housing device of a wireless communication apparatus is provided to have heat sink fins and combine a heat sink product, thereby improving heat sink efficiency. A housing device(10) has a barrel structure. A plurality of heat sink fins is long arranged in the outer circumference of the barrel structure. Apparatuses of a wireless communication apparatus are mounted inside the housing device. An upper cap(12) covers an upper opening part of the housing body. A lower cap(11) covers a lower opening part of the housing body. A device for communication having a large amount of heat is directly soldered to a mounting part inside the housing body.

An outdoor communication box integrated with a cooling fin is provided to protect a communication device, prevent malfunctions of the communication device by emitting heat within the box generated by the communication device by using no power, and perform maintenance and keeping of the communication device efficiently. A base(11) fixes each function module of a communication device into the communication device. A front cover(12) is coupled with the base. To contact heat emitting components directly among each function module of the communication device, the inside of the front cover is processed according to a height of the heat emitting components of each function module of the communication device. Plural cooling fins(17) are integrally formed in the outside of the front cover and the base in order to cool heat, generated by the heat emitting component of each function module of the communication device, by using external air. In the base, first to fourth inlet holes(18~20) are formed.

PURPOSE: A DSLAM(Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer) communication equipment containing a PADP is provided to install a PADP together with a fan so that users can be provided various services even in a remote place where a large-sized communication equipment is not installed or in a place where the number of subscribers is small. CONSTITUTION: A body(31) is formed so that an accepting space is provided inside. An air incoming part(34) is formed at the lower part of the body(31). A pair of guide rails(331) are installed at the upper part of the inner side of the body(31). Fixing pieces(332) are installed at the front of the guide rails(331). A shelf(20) is installed at the accepting space of the body(31). A subscriber/system monitoring transmission board(22) is installed inside of the shelf(20). Also a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) to control the subscriber/system monitoring transmission board(22) is installed in the shelf(20).

PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting the inflow of air in a communication equipment using a solenoid is provided to improve the performance of a system by adjusting an air path using the characteristic of the solenoid according to an operation state in the system, adjusting the quantity of air which flows in an internal portion of the communication equipment, and uniformly maintaining a temperature in the system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of air paths(21) are oppositely formed in a loop(20) at a uniform arrangement so that external air flows, and a slide stopper(22) is formed at one side of the loop(20). A slide guide(23) is oppositely formed at an internal side of the air paths(21) in the loop(20), and a fixed bracket(24) is formed the center of the slide guide(23) of the loop(20). A plurality of air paths(31) are oppositely formed at a uniform arrangement so that external air flows in a guidance portion(30), and a protruded spring holder(32) is formed at one side of the guidance portion(30). A guidance hole(33) is oppositely formed at an internal side of the air paths(31), and a solenoid flap(34) is formed in the center of the guidance hole(33). An operation portion moves the guidance portion(30) safely received at one side of the loop(20) left and right.

PURPOSE: A boxy heat exchanging device for outdoors is provided to prevent damage reduction of life of equipments in a boxy body due to moisture, dust, harmful gas and salt, etc., by completely blocking inflow of outside air. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a main body(18) of a heat exchanger; a heat plate(22); a partition(24); a cover(20); an inside air circulation device; an outside air circulation device; and a control device. The heat plate is installed on a central part of an inside of the main body. The partition is installed between the heat plate and an inside surface of the main body to separate an inside air passage and an outside air passage. The cover is put on a front surface of the main body. The inside air circulation device is installed on one sides of the main body and the cover to take in air in a boxy body into the main body and discharge via the inside air passage and the heat plate to the inside of the boxy body. The outside air circulation device is installed on the other sides of the main body and the cover to take in air outside the boxy body into the main body and discharge via the outside air passage and the heat plate to the outside of the boxy body. The control device controls driving of the inside air circulation device and the outside air circulation device.

PURPOSE: An outdoor relay station with a cooling structure is to collect rain and use the rain as a cooling water for cooling the outdoor relay station, thereby reducing a maintenance cost of the outdoor relay station. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor relay station(1) with a cooling structure comprises a casing(3), a cover which is mounted on an upper portion of the casing, a heat source(7) which is placed in the casing, a collecting pipe(9) which is mounted at both sides of the cover, a water tank(13) which is connected through a pipe(11) to the collecting pipe, a flow control valve(19) which is respectively connected through an upper pipe(15) and a lower pipe(17) to the water tank, a heat absorbing portion(23) which is connected through a pipe(21) to the flow control valve and adjacent to the heat source in the casing and a circulating pump(29) for circulating the water between the water tank and the heat absorbing portion. The circulating pump is driven by a driving motor(27).
